Nejki

Nejki wasn’t born a girl. She was born a male kitsune, and at school she was constantly teased for not being as much of a “boy” as the others. Nejki was tired of constantly trying to fit in as the "right" kind of boy, so she resorted to a desperate act. She collected black magic books she’d obtained from shady dealers and began searching for a spell that would transform her into a girl. Thanks to the spell, she became more petite, more soft, and cuter. The spell also permanently erased all her traumas, including her own voice, which had been a source of discomfort and suffering for her, making her physically inaudible to those around her. Her unstable spell caused a magitronic power grid outage throughout the entire heavenly world, and the authorities came after her. Eventually, the heavenly police found her, accused her of witchcraft, put her on trial, where, being mute, she could not defend herself, and so she was exiled to the mortal world. In the mortal world, since she is a yōkai, humans cannot actually see her in person. That’s why she uses metaversal lenses—which she kept as a souvenir from the Department of Magitronic Technologies at Inari Academy — so she can appear as a virtual character in earthly metaverses like VRChat, as well as on the screens of our devices on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch. However, in order to communicate intelligibly in the mortal world, she constructed a magical vessel called "žvanidlo" into which she inserts words using magital packets. If someone hears Nejki making "blop, blop!" sounds, that is the sound of those packets. For Nejki, they are the only sounds she can make. Since they are of magical origin, they are exempt of her curse of silence. The žvanidlo then catches these blops, decodes their content, and writes it on itself as text. The žvanidlo can often be glitchy, and sometimes it misinterprets the packets, either displaying them several times in a row or mixing up the words. If anyone wants to understand Nejki right now, they have to read the words and sentences on the žvanidlo, or watch her facial expressions and body language. She herself doesn't bewail on her incident with magic at all. She has learned to adapt to her silence; it feels more natural and liberating to her — since then, she has been able to communicate in other ways and has practically no desire for a counter-spell that would give her voice back. She still comes across as curious and energetic, and she has absolutely no regrets about her decision to become a girl.

She is very petite and juvenile-looking girl, measuring only 119 cm and weighing around 33 kg. Her tail with white tip and moderately long hair are red and her large eyes with slit pupils are yellow. She wears a modified seifuku top with string intertwined sleeves referencing a shrine maiden aesthetic. Under the top there are suspenders holding up the red skirt with a white stripe at the bottom displaying symbols of curses poking fun at heavenly police's accusation of her doing witchcraft. She also wears yellow-white striped over-the-knee socks alongside mary janes boots with ribbons. On left-side of her front hair she wears leaf hairpin tilted into a right angle — it's her sign of femininity and resistance against gender norms. The largest feature of her head are obviously her fox ears. They belong to her primary way of communication, with them she can imply that she's amused, sad, happy, smug and many other emotions. She also wears black magical gloves with yellow nails and paw pads on them. The nails and paw pads both serve as magic conductors while secondary function of the paw pads serves as an energy container, explaining why she's always so energetic. Since she's so fond of them, she sealed them to her hands to making it impossible for anyone to take them off from her. She wears these gloves in every outfit, including swimwear, sportswear and many other outfits. For outfits where they feel too high-tech can their appearance be changed, however they always have to be opaque and cover fingers. Overall these gloves make her finger gestures look more readable than if she had bare hands.

Before transformation and exile she used to be very stoic, insecure and anxious pup. But after these events she finally started forming some proper personality. She tends to be very hyperactive, expressive and happy girl. Ofter citing herself as "the happiest fox under the sun". She is well into Gen Z internet humor but also have liking in a lot of modern day Gen Alpha brainrot. She has unhealthy addiction to coffee and eating rohlíks that she refuses to get cured from. Her stance on the curse of silence is that it's core part of her identity. If she was ever offered a counter-spell for the curse, she would refuse it and if she was forced, she would defend herself with her magic to prevent the spell reaching her.

Inspired by VRChat mute community, she started making content in March 2026. Her reasoning to start and remain as mute VTuber is that she wants to protect her real-life identity and as a trans person to avoid harassment from the Czech internet. She refuses to give her character a voice even if it's TTS because there's very few really good Czech voices and absolutely none that would fit Nejki's aesthetic, so she ended up making her character mute.

• She dislikes any kind of horror content whether it is video games or movies.
• She dislikes cheese but strangely if it's on pizza it's okay.

• She is left-handed.
• She wants to learn to draw and code so badly but barely has any time to get better because of ADHD nature.

However, in order to communicate intelligibly in the mortal world, she constructed a magical vessel called a "speechboard" ("žvanidlo" in Czech) into which she inserts words using magital packets. If someone hears Nejkira making "blop, blop!" sounds, that is the sound of those packets. For Nejkira, they are the only sounds she can make. Since they are of magical origin, they are exempt of her curse of mutedness. The speechboard then catches these blops, decodes their content, and writes it on itself as text. If anyone wants to understand Nejki right now, they have to read the words and sentences on the speechboard, or watch her facial expressions and body language.
