Ella can best be described as being a mixture of very chaotic and comfy. She is very caring and loving, and deeply cares for her friends, loved ones, and community. Ella is very easily flustered and excitable, especially when it comes to things she is passionate about. She is generally bright and cheerful, in spite of various health complications she faces. Being chronically ill/disabled, she also suffers from complex mental health issues, making life difficult for her. Despite everything, she perseveres and works incredibly hard.

Ella mainly suffers from a chronic health condition called fibromyalgia, which gives her persistent physical pain. Because of this condition, Ella doesn't leave her home often. As such, she looked to VTubing and streaming as a way to make friends, feel less lonely, and to distract herself. Another huge reason for her career choice was her desire to lift others up and make them smile in difficult times, in the same way that her oshis had done for her.

Her main model consists of long brown hair, with purple highlights and outgrown purple hair ends; a rainbow flower which illustrates her emotions and serves as a visual aspect of her lore with a number of purple flowers beneath; a cat tail with a pastel pink ribbon and cat ears, and purple eyes. She is normally dressed in a modified turtleneck sweatshirt, with pink petals on her right sleeve. She also wears cat-themed stockings, and a garter on her left thigh. She wears different outfits during different seasons.

• Flower Petals (Petals for short) are the stream mascot for NekoElla's community. The flower in a Petal's eye changes colour based on emotion, similar to how Neko's rainbow flower glows based on her emotions.

• Shoomimi is Ella’s model half sister because they share Doresia as a rigger/VTuber mama.

• She deeply loves her community and streaming, she is very passionate about it.
• Her favourite colour is lilac and pastel pink. Ella likes soft, pastel colours.
• Enjoys cosplaying occasionally.
• Ella has a deep love for animals. Her favourite animals are foxes, cats, red pandas and dogs.
• Ella enjoys making friends, but struggles to due to her anxiety and being autistic.
• Ella is a huge Sonic fan and has deeply loved the Sonic franchise since she was a child.
• Her favourite games are Omori, NieR: Automata & NieR: Replicant, Sonic Unleashed, Persona 3 Reload, Little Big Planet 2, and Elden Ring.
• Her favourite animes are Your Lie In April, Bunny Girl Senpai, Madoka Magica, Demon Slayer, WorldEnd, and Re:Zero.
• Enjoys collecting manga and plushies (mainly cinnamoroll).
• Ella enjoys singing in her own time, and has started singing more on stream, despite her anxiety.

• She has a phobia of escalators, but has been getting better and slowly overcoming her fear.
• She dislikes sudden loud noises.
• Ella struggles with the fear of abandonment.
• Ella dislikes backseaters and elitists when it comes to video games.
• Ella dislikes crowded places and has claustrophobia.
• She hates mathematics, due to her dyscalculia.

• Ella is British and Turkish.
• Ella originally became a VTuber thanks to LilyPichu and Bao, who inspired her.
• Ella's main favourite streamers and kami-oshis are LilyPichu and Bao. She's mentioned she has quite a few oshis/people she looks up to.
• Ella owns a dog in real life, named April. She is a miniature dachshund.
• Every year Ella visits London Comic Con, as it is often around her birthday, May 27th — it has become a yearly tradition for her.
