Lore

A wishing star born within the milky way where a hidden galaxy within known as the Glittering Prismatic Galaxy is home to a species of stars known as Wishfaes. Plumi's world is very abstract and so is she in nature!

Plumi currently resides amongst the clouds where rainbows are neverending, reading (pretends to) every wish made by those lucky... enough to catch a glimpse of a Wishfae's existence and make them come true! at least.... that's what she's SUPPOSED to be doing ヾ( ￣O￣)ツ Plumi does what she wants and makes rainbows sparkle and deadly!
