Plus has long, pale pink hair with pastel blue and pink sprinkle-shaped hair accessories and red eyes. She has pink flame-like rabbit ears on top of her head, a choker and necklace around her neck, and a heart tattoo above her cleavage. Plus wears a black top, a white jacket, black gloves and a black skirt with a belt, some buttons and a chain. One of her legs appears to have cracks, while the other has a ripped stocking. She wears black shoes on both of her feet. Additionally, she has silver wings on the back.

Her original appearance had white hair in a bob cut, a red headband, rabbit ears, a white and red dress with clover motifs, white socks with pink hearts, black Mary Janes and black gloves with clover shapes on them. There is a crow wearing a tuxedo perched on her right side.
