Posey is a soft-spoken and quiet girl that can rarely become more chaotic and riled up. While her typical content consists of comfy art and chill games, she will occasionally banter with chat over silly jokes. She is seiso and uncomfortable with lewd topics, shying away from them and ruling them out in her chat. She is a very creative person who dabbles in digital illustration, several forms of traditional art, video editing, animation, and more. Posey struggles with social anxiety and is slowly growing her speaking abilities on stream.

Posey is a light-brown haired flower turned human. Her main color scheme is pastel pink and green. Her face and body are covered in freckles, some flower-shaped. She sports a oversized green sweater with darker green patterns, pink skirt, mismatched stockings and leg accessories—on one leg, a tall pink sock with flowery patterns and vines growing around it, and on the other, Band-Aids alike the one on her nose and a saggy green sock. She wears brown shoes that shape-wise resemble flower pots. She dons a brown over-the-shoulder bag covered in cute pins. Atop her head is a large sprout, and unremovable pink flowers poke out of her hair. Her bangs have a pastel pink streak in the middle.

PoseyDesu's YouTube channel was created on 3 November 2024.

Posey held her first stream on 23 November 2024 as a PNGTuber, which was a chibi version of her current design sitting in a flowerpot. She played several games before unarchiving all of this content.

• Her fanbase is officially called the "Lambbuds".
• Sometimes they are also referred to as simply "buds".
• Her fan mascots are little leafy sheep with similar flowers to Posey's sticking out of their foliage. A sprout also alike Posey's sticks out of their head. They may come in a variety of colors, but by default they are pink and green.
• Their designs are based on the sea slug species nicknamed the "leaf sheep" combined with a regular sheep and a bush.

• Posey has not yet revealed any of her lore besides stating several times she is a "flower turned human girl".

• She likes: cats, art, candy (especially Haribo gummy bears), gaming, music, reading, and gacha games.
• She dislikes: soda (and carbonated drinks in general), extreme temperatures, mint, thunderstorms, wasps, blood, and math.
• Her favorite author is Ray Bradbury, and her favorite short story is by him, titled "There Will Come Soft Rains". She cannot decide on a favorite book at this moment.
• Her favorite drink is water.
• Some of her favorite animes include Madoka Magica, Danganronpa, and Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun.
• Some of her favorite games include Danganronpa, It Takes Two, Wobbledogs, World's End Club, Project Sekai, the CookieRun series, Minecraft, Stardew Valley, the Pokémon series, and HoloCure: Save the Fans!.
• She typically enjoys comfy games, management simulations, and story games.
• She is an avid fan of Hatsune Miku (and vocaloid in general). Her favorite producers include DECO*27 and SAWTOWNE, and her favorite songs include "At God's Mercy" by rerulili and all of SAWTOWNE's songs.
• Her favorite color is pink.

• Her goals are as follows: hit a million subcribers (or, alternatively and most likely, a somewhat-notable number of subs), learn how to sing, get a 3D model, potentially have a concert/3D live event, practice her French and Japanese more, and most importantly, make her viewers smile.
• She does not know exactly what type of flower/plant she is.
• She has two cats currently: Mabel, a black smoky tabby, and Blue, a Russian Blue. She's also had two other cats: Sophie, a harlequin tuxedo, and Kitty, a tortiseshell.
• Posey owns over 100 plushies and is a self proclaimed "collector of cute things."
• She is unsure of the exact number, as she's too lazy to count, but can estimate that it's very well over 100.
• She has a growing collection of Cinnamoroll plushies, as he's her favorite Sanrio character (among others).
• Posey is a competitive swimmer; swimming is the only exercise she gets, as all other physical activities of the same caliber have almost instantly winded her since a young age.
• She cannot ride a bike.
• She has never broken a bone.
• Posey has one younger brother (who often interrupts stream and forces her to go BRB despite her complaints).
• Posey only wears fuzzy socks (unless the occasion must require her to wear something else).
• She used to have two YouTube channels before becoming a VTuber: an animation channel in middle school and a VTuber clipping channel retired only months before debut.
