Red Lariat was an indie Minotaur VTuber who swears she’s totally not a tsundere… though her chat might argue otherwise. She’s best known for her scuffed internet, her chill “just chatting” streams, and being an all-around sweetheart to her community. Outside of streaming, Red is also a talented artist and rigger who created both of her own VTuber models from scratch. Her lore takes inspiration from Greek mythology. Red is the daughter of the Minotaur of the Labyrinth, with a design that nods to Poseidon, the god tied to her family’s story. While her origins are rooted in tragedy, Red chooses to be a guiding light for lost souls who wander into her labyrinth. Red started streaming in early 2022 and quickly became known for her cozy, interactive style and her love of Nintendo games. Her outfit is inspired by Fire Emblem, and as a lifelong Pokémon fan, she named herself after the protagonist of Pokémon Red and Blue. Even her real-life cat, Gengar, carries that love for Pokémon, named after her favorite ghost-type. Creative and community-focused, Red brings humor and heart to everything she does—whether it’s drawing art, sharing stories, or laughing her way through technical mishaps.
