Despite their reserved nature, they've never shied away from supporting and comforting those in need, and standing up for online safety against cyberbullying and injustice.

On 15 August 2014, Ringtail's YouTube channel was created under a different name. It was originally used to upload match replays of Super Smash Bros. For Wii U. Almost a decade later, Ringtail would revisit and rebrand their YouTube channel, as well as make new accounts on Twitch and Twitter named after their newly-created VTuber persona: Ringtail.

2022
In January, Ringtail soft-launched his VTuber career, occasionally streaming under the Ringtail VTuber persona using a VRoid model made using Booth assets.
In March or April, Twitch-Partnered VTuber Elara took Ringtail under her wing and mentored him as the first participant of her newly-created VTuber Academia premium consultation program. Through Academia, Ringtail would learn valuable lessons that would help define him and prepare him for his 1.0 debut in January 2024.
2024
In January, Ringtail officially debuted as an independent EN VTuber, revealing a brand new 3D model.
A few months after th January 3D debut, they debuted a 2D model. Ringtail would produce consistent content until April of 2024, when their family's livelihoods would be impacted by the Listeria outbreak in California, forcing them to cut back on content creation and focus on supporting their family throughout their few months of unemployment.
On 8 July, Ringtail passed their United States Naturalization Test, officially becoming a U.S. citizen after migrating to the country in August 2013.
In August, Ringtail began dropping hints and mentions of a "Ringtail 2.0", claiming it would be their do-over after health issues and family crisis interfered with their plans for 2024.
2025
On 28 January, Ringtail debuted his 2.0 design. The design itself is intended to be a "Time jump" from his first design.
