Roopy is a catgirl who delivers milk as her part-time job. Growing up shorter than other catgirls, Roo became obsessed with drinking milk. She now tries to make sure that everyone drinks their milk so they can grow big and strong. Her streams are usually very chaotic.

Roopyroo has long, fluffy blonde hair with one very long swoop of hair at the top. She has bright pink goggles atop of her head, and she also wears a bright pink biker jacket to match.
