Rulette

An adorable gremlin with a heart of gold and a surprisingly soothing voice. Frequently bantering with viewers, she presents equal parts sweetness, sass, and curiosity. She insists she's definitely seiso, despite a potty mouth and a partly malfunctioning filter. (She is emphatically not a "lewdtuber" though. Don't let the sniffing and meowing fool you. Chat's the freaky one, not her, trust.)

She's a big fan of gacha (particularly Hoyoverse), games of chance (a.k.a. gamba), and retro games (especially GameCube era titles). Though, nearly anything might catch her interest.

• Rulette loves her Chips very much, but not parasocially. In fact, she's so non-parasocial, that she makes a point of saying so on a regular basis. You gotta believe her, guys, honest!
• The Chips are, likewise, definitely not at all parasocial. Not even a little. (Actually a lot.)
• She has a dog named Eevee who is the bestest boy ever and don't you dare say otherwise or we will find you and—
• She once accidentally called him "chat" which, while embarrassing to her, also suggests the Chips have pet-level status.
• Despite being a "death god", Rulette once admitted in a tweet that she's actually afraid of death.
• She initially set out to rig her own model. However, she eventually commissioned a rigger to get herself started streaming. She hasn't necessarily given up entirely on improving her own Live2D abilities, though.
• Some of Rulette's greatest challenges are starting stream on time and deciding what game to play.
• Twitch clips from March of 2025 are mostly (over 30) clips of Rulette sneezing.
• She frequently ends stream by shamelessly and enthusiastically sniffing chat.
• Rulette has a scar on her cheek IRL, due to a childhood incident involving another kid with scissors.
• She also has an old burn on her thigh due to an accident with a clothes iron while using it on the floor, because the ironing board had a broken leg. It's small and looks like a birthmark.
• One of her relatives works on set for a popular TV show, but she doesn't give details (for obvious reasons). This was learned in a two truths and a lie challenge.

• Her favorite color is blue.
• She apparently likes pasta salad, a lot.
• Rulette might be overly fond of mayo — at least according to chat. She is commonly found with a jar of mayonnaise pinned somewhere to her model, otherwise chat may not recognize her.
• The mayo bit first began when Rulette mentioned eating a spoonful of mayonnaise, and mayo sandwiches, as a child when home alone after school.
• She uses a Hellmann's jar as the mayo asset simply because it was the first suitable image that came up when she searched mayonnaise.
• Rulette is fond of retro games from the Nintendo GameCube in particular, including the Spongebob Squarepants games and Sonic the Hedgehog.
• She also plays some team/hero FPS games. Marvel Rivals is the recent favorite, and Overwatch 2 a close second. She rarely streams these, however.
• Rulette's gacha preferences include Hoyoverse games, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and Wuthering Waves.
• She definitely loves when chat suggests playing Minesweeper or Solitaire. Please make a point of doing so.
