One day in July, Aurora was tempted to try out a customizable model to start her VTubing career. She had a retexture artist add a custom texture on top of the model.

Aurora is, at first glance, a garden fairy-the kind spoken of in children's books and half-remembered dreams. She smells of damp soil and sugar-laughter and rot. Flowers lean toward her voice, and vines untangle themselves at her feet. Humans feel safe around her, though... they can never explain why.
This.. of course... is the first... mistake.
Being born of soil, song and spite, Aurora was not made in the way most fae folk are. She was... grown.
When Persephone first descended and returned from the Underworld, something lingered in the soil she touched-grief, rage, devotion, hunger. The Furies, daughters of vengeance and balance, shed blood in that same earth as they punished those who broke sacred laws. Where Persephone's sorrow and the Furies' wrath intertwined, the ground split open... and the "Aurora" bloomed.
She emerged laughing.
A fairy born from justice gone feral. From grief that refused to stay quiet. Too soft to be a Fury. Too sharp to be a garden spirit. Too... curious to be left unattended.
The Furies watched her carefully. Persephone turned her gaze away. It explains much why she loves humans so, and why that's dangerous. Aurora discovered humans early. They... fascinated her-not because they were kind, but because they were fragile. Mortals burned brightly, and briefly, spilling secrets, names, and promises at reckless ease. They fed her things no God or spirit ever had. Laughter that wasn't ritual. Affection without worship. Confessions without consequence. Aurora learned quickly that humans offer power without knowing it. A name spoken freely, a meal shared, and a song followed into the dark...

But humans returned again and again. They sought her garden when the world felt cruel. They told her their real names when they felt seen. They followed her voice when they felt lost, and little by little... her garden grew... below.

Beneath Aurora's garden lies her great creations. A basement that's... not really a basement. A pocket multiverse grown from roots soaked in mortal memory and divine resentment. Each room reflected the human who happened to wander further into it. A cozy place where time slowed, and memories were interchangeable and fickle. Endless hallways of half-remembered homes, and broken mirrors where you could shatter a painful memory. Libraries filled with unread apologies, heartful love declarations, and eons of personal growth.
Aurora insists she's protecting them. The Furies argued she's collecting... debts. She doesn't age those who wander in. She feeds them, makes them laugh. Sometimes, she may even let them leave... supervised, of course, and sometimes... she might forget and leave them to tend the budding Eldritch experiments in the attic of her cottage. After all, Aurora's connection to the Furies is not ceremonial-it is instinctual. She punishes betrayal without realize she's doing it. Those who lie to her feel the garden turn cold. Those who harm others in her presence find themselves... misplaced. She doesn't torture. She doesn't rage.
She redirects.
Like the Furies, Aurora enforces balance. Unlike them, she smiles while doing it. This makes her dangerous. They never intended for Aurora to be allowed to remain on Earth, but the Gods noticed the ever growing ecosystem of her basement. Eldritch beings noticed new doorways spawning from her whim. Persephone herself finally intervened-not to destroy Aurora, but to anchor her. Aurora was bound to Earth so she couldn't spread unchecked across realms. Her punishment is gentle-almost cruel in its kindness. She must remain among humans. She must entertain them. She must make them laugh, instead of rage.
Now...?
Aurora has decided to take up this new thing humans seem to be so obsessed with-streaming! She jokes, flirts, sings, calls just about every human who has the unfortunate happenstance to find her "darling", and pretends she isn't, definitely, probably... perhaps cataloging every one of their habits, voices, DNA, and favorite ways to smile. For science, of course!
She insists she's harmless, cozy... and definitely doesn't need their real names. And perhaps that's true!
