Lynnii has a very cheerful and overall positive personality, often trying to set up collabs between their friends who debuted soon after them. They try to keep the atmosphere and vibes to their streams welcoming and inclusive, despite playing many games that cause them to get salty and ragequit.

Despite how chipper and extroverted Lynnii acts on stream and with friends, they often mention while streaming and on Twitter how they are extremely introverted and have social anxiety, which contrasts a lot with their VTuber persona.

Lynnii has medium-length navy hair, often tied up in a ponytail, with the roots from their side-part being exaggerated. They have dark blue-grey eyes, as well as many other smaller eyes scattered around their face and body.

Their outfit consists mostly of a simple navy suit and tie, along with a black plague doctor mask worn on the left side of their face. Lynnii has two other outfits, one of which being a black one-piece swimsuit, riding jacket, and mauve sunglasses, along with their waistpants, one of the pant legs being rolled up. Their other outfit is a bounty-hunter inspired outfit, designed by their model artist, featuring a short black jacket, blue shirt, and white pants, affixed with belts for storing bullets and extra pockets.

Lynnii did their 1.0 model debut on 9 June 2023, along with their friend Puyobean, who debuted alongside them. They both decided together do debut on 9 June since it would abbreviate to 2023/06/09 (69).

Soon after in October, they were able to reach 500 subscribers on their YouTube channel and 50 followers on Twitch.
