Tomoya has a pair of bunny ears set atop flocculent white hair ornamented with a light yellow triangular shaped pin. His attire consists of a fuzzy parka, a scarf, a sweater, and plaid slacks. He is often pictured clutching his companion, Meep (or at least one of the many Meeps).

Tomoya was announced alongside the rest of Tsundream in a tweet on 30 October, 2021. His Twitter account was created on September 2021 while his YouTube channel was created on 16 September 2021.
On 6 November 2021, Tomoya made his YouTube debut.
