Victoria Roman

Vicky has blue eyes and blonde hair with a cinnamon roll-like fringe on one side, and a single drill-shaped pigtail resembling ice cream on the other. Her hair is decorated with red ribbons.

As a member of Densetsu.EXE, she was represented by the light blue color.

On 24 July 2025, VTuber group VShojo announced its closure, following a number of allegations including that the company had failed to pay its members funds owed. At this time, it was also revealed that VShojo had been working on an unannounced virtual idol group project, which would have featured independent VTubers Mint Fantôme, Phoebe Chan, and one other then-undisclosed member.

The YouTube and Twitter accounts for Victoria Roman were created on 27 September 2025. Vicky began posting teasers and promotional material to Twitter.

* Her mascot character is Michael, a or umbrella youkai from Japanese mythology. He used to be a human butler, and now spends his time judging Vicky's messy room.
* Her fans are known as "obakas."

* She is a youkai, a type of Japanese monster who appear mostly human except that their head can detach from their body.
* She works in a retro arcade named Mega Turnip in Virtual Akihabara by day. By night, she moonlights as an idol.

* She likes singing, writing/arranging songs, making fun stuff in Unity, dancing, doing silly voices and skits, weight training.
* She likes retro kissaten, retro café, where she orders cream soda, pizza toast, and purin a la mode.
* She likes such traditional British foods as Yorkshire tea, Sunday roasts, pies, pastries, and gravy.
* Her favorite music genres are enka and city pop.
* Her favorite animals are corgis, capybaras, and Pallas's cats for their "chonk big butts."
* She loves onsen and hiking in nature.
* She dislikes durian, umeboshi, prolonged high pitched noises, cotton wool, the word "eepy."
* She is a big fan of Sonic the Hedgehog. Her other favorite games are the Ace Attorney series, Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, Elden Ring, I'm On Observation Duty, and Magic: The Gathering. She also like escape rooms and puzzle games.
* Her favorite anime, TV and movies are Himouto! Umaru-chan, STEINS;GATE, Stranger Things, The Traitors, Fish Story, Howl's Moving Castle, and the Back to the Future trilogy.

* She is friends with Mint Fantôme. The two once tried to attend a hololive concert together, but got the date wrong.
* She is currently training as an enka singer with one of the biggest enka singers in Japan. She is also learning to play shamisen. She is also weight training to lift Mint and Phoebe, and taking dance classes.
* Her goals are to sing an official Sonic the Hedgehog theme, become an official Sonic ambassador, to sign a major record deal or anime tie-up, to sing enka on Japanese TV show Kouhaku, to spread awareness of Showa-era retro Japanese music and aesthetic, and to collaborate with Night Tempo and Hiroshi Suzuki.
