Vixie is a centuries-old with a small frame, characterized by her long white hair that gradients into black towards the tips. Her large, bright-green eyes feature a distinct flower-shaped highlight, and a large metal bolt pierces across her temples. Rising from the points where the bolt meets her head is a pair of long, bright-green flames that resemble horns. Adorning her body and attire are several chamomile-like flowers, which can be seen on her hood, her chest, her shorts, and her footwear.

Her attire consists of an oversized white hood paired with a floating cape that hovers behind her back. This cape features a white exterior and a green interior, with both the top and bottom edges extending into green flames. Underneath, she is mostly topless; her chest and forearms are wrapped in thick bandages, with the latter further covered by detached sleeves. She wears a green choker at the base of her neck and a green legband that squishes her left thigh. A notable feature is The Royal Peridot, which is perfectly set over her navel, situated near a bright-green, tattoo-like mark in on the left of her abdomen.

For her lower half, Vixie wears short, somewhat-torn shorts accented with a green ribbon. Her legs are protected by armored greaves and sabatons. Her silhouette is completed by two striking features: a thorny, vine-like tail protruding from her lower back and a heavy chain that hangs freely from her left shoulder down to her thigh.

Vixie maintains a cutesy yet regal demeanor, often addressing her subjects—the Buddies—using a formal and polite speech. These mannerisms are further highlighted by her charming Lysavellian accent. She is notably clumsy and struggles with modern technology; technical difficulties are a common staple of her streams, understandable for a centuries-old being that has lived isolated for so long. Her streams are defined by a high level of sweetness and enthusiasm.

Vixie Phantalia is a lich and the sovereign of the remnants of Lysavelle, a once-prosperous kingdom devastated by a warlock’s curse known as The Great Blight. Originally a princess of the realm, she witnessed the dark magic siphon the very essence of life from her homeland, forcing the royal family and their subjects to flee to neighboring nations. Driven by a desperate need to save what remained of her kingdom, Vixie unearthed a legendary gemstone known as The Royal Peridot and tethered her soul to it. This ritual granted her immortality and the immense power required to erect a massive protective barrier, halting the curse's spread and preserving the ruins of her ancestral home.

Centuries after these events, Vixie continues to experiment with her necromantic abilities. She gathers stray souls from across the land, granting them a second life by inhabiting them within homunculi of her own design.
