Aurora Liamaris

In July 2023, Aurora debuted onto Twitch with a full lore drop and model reveal. Throughout the year Aurora would grow used to streaming and interacting with viewers.

2024 marked Aurora's full venture into streaming and showcased her first anniversary of streaming. In particular, there was a soft launch of Aurora's second model. It was not fully displayed but the model was used for the rest of the year. This year was also known as the Sami job hunting arc as her moderator would provide updates of her journey to gain a job as an educational assistant.

In 2025, Aurora was able to launch her 2.0 model in full alongside revealing her new lore video and her recent engagement.

She was also able to hold her first solo-charity event. She raised 860$ for KidsHelpPhone through a 3 day marathon event.

• Aurora's former guild. They had rescued her from her life on the run and on the streets by taking her in and raising her for two years. All members were murdered by the Onyx Claw with Aurora being the sole survivor of the tragedy.

• Luindar Nightshade (Lui)-The Rogue Apothecary
• Lui is Aurora's fiance and he is a gnome. During her time with the Pearl Misfits, Aurora developed a strong crush on him without realizing he felt the same. Shortly after Lui was forced to sign a blood contract with Sinos, Lui devised a plan to legally marry Aurora as the contract stated that if Sinos harmed any of Lui's family, he would die. Aurora while surprised, agreed to marry him while also attempting to properly date each other like a normal couple. The process was incredibly messy and they did have some rough patches. Even to the point where they had a full breakdown in a church. But they managed to talk it through and agree to communicate their issues in the future while supporting each other. Today, they currently live together in Lui's home village. The two have a very wholesome and supportive dynamic with them leaning on each other when their own troubles come to the surface. Lui is known to playfully flirt with Aurora and tease her in order to get a reaction from her. But at the end of the day he is very loving towards her, even if in public he tends to not show it obviously [asides from some handholding and some kisses on the cheek] Meanwhile Aurora tries to surprise Lui with actions that would improve his day as he is very busy with his herbalist work. She writes a lot of her songs about her relationship with him and bases some of her outfit choices based on what would make him smile. She has nicknamed him as her "hero" as he has saved her in multiple situations and saved her from a life of loneliness. They have recently gotten engaged and they're currently planning for their wedding.
• Edelina Darksnow- The Rogue Cleric
• Edelina is Aurora's best friend. They first met when they were both in the same tavern when a brawl broke out. Edelina helped Aurora escape the chaos as it was overwhelming her. Even though Edelina was revealed to be the ex of Sinos, the one who destroyed Aurora's life in Silver Lilies, Aurora still chose to trust Edelina since she made efforts to change into a better person and didn't harm her. Despite how confused Edelina was at Aurora's trust, they grew very close in short time. She often held Aurora's hand whenever she felt anxious and helped her learn that she was just as deserving of love as everyone else and that her scars didn't matter in the grand scheme. She was always Aurora's support when she truly needed it the most. Often helping her process the rough patches with her relationship with Lui. Reminding her of how he may feel but to "not be too patient" as Aurora deserved respect. Today, Edelina lives in a city a decent distance from where Aurora lives with Lui. They regularly meet up to hang out and discuss various things. She is currently training to be a teacher and frequently experiments her new techniques on Aurora to see if she can learn any new skills based on her teaching. Aurora is also her maid of honor for her upcoming wedding.
• Aleo 'fir Liamaris- The Bardic Father
• Aleo 'fir is Aurora's biological father. He eloped with Ria in order to save her from her parents controlling ways and because he deeply loved her. However, during Ria's final term of pregnancy, he had to leave to save his own mother as his father was recently executed in elven territory. Ria agreed to this and together they decided on the name Aurora if she was born before he arrived back. Tragically, when he returned home with a grandmother who would love Aurora, Ria and Aurora were nowhere to be found. All that was left was a small amount of blood on the floor and Aurora's baby blanket. Aleo 'fir proceeded to spend the next 21 years searching for his daughter. Eventually during one of his performances in a city where he heard how a half-elf and her team had saved it, he managed to spot Aurora in the crowd. After confirming that their stories matched, he cried as he realized that Aurora was the daughter he was searching for this whole time. It was noticed by the Pearl Misfits how many of Aurora's traits came from him. In particular, her bardic abilities, her hair/eye colour and her awkward personality. Today they have a very strong father-daughter bond. He frequently visits Aurora to catch up on lost time as well as to help her improve her bardic skills. He often thinks about what he could have had if Ria had lived but is thankful that his daughter is safe and has found someone that she deeply cares for. For her birthday, to make up for the many he had missed; he gifted her a full bardic costume to help in performances. It was one he designed himself and got made with the help of a tailor he befriended years ago. She calls him, "Papa".
• Musa Valdara- The Leading Fighter
• Musa was the leader of the Pearl Misfits by default based on his ability to make decisions for the team and his overall maturity with dealing with situations. He met the rest of the misfits when he was assigned to assist them in doing missions they were recruited for by his boss Cain. At first he wasn't too interactive with them but eventually began to learn how similar he really was to them. Originally coming from a background where he was tavern brawler as a teen, accidentally killed an innocent person, got arrested and had the scars to prove it, he found himself feeling like he belonged with the misfits. With Aurora, he was the kind older mentor that she needed in the beginning. He often gave her a lot of advice about growing up and helped her in accepting her scars as something that shouldn't be judged. He even helped her get her lute fixed in the beginning, which helped her regain her dream of performing. Today, he travels around with his Wife Rose but they both make stops to where Aurora and Lui live in order to catch up. Aurora even performed their first dance song as a thank you for everything the couple had done for her. His daughter Rouge was born during his travels with his wife, an adorable little girl who will often make puppy-dog eyes to get what she wants. Oddly she doesn't talk much but seems to have a lot of magical potential.
• Cordi- The Motherly Wolfkin Artificer
• Cordi was the artificer of the Pearl Misfits and was often very stand-offish with most of the misfits at first. However, when it came to Aurora, she always treated her with kindness and took it upon herself to protect her. Eventually during the time Aurora was preparing to legally marry Lui, it was revealed that Cordi saw Aurora as a daughter. She agreed to adopt Aurora in the event that her Father was never found and she needed a family. Since Aleo 'fir was found, Aurora regards her as her Foster Mother and calls her "Mom". Today, she currently lives up in the mountains in her tribe with her partner Ukrim. Aurora visits every once in awhile but Cordi mostly goes to visit Aurora in the village with her recently born Son 'Riku'. Just so Riku and Aurora can have a sibling connection.
• Thraxx- The Leafy Barbarian
• Thraxx was the cause of the tavern brawl at the start of the Misfits' adventure. He had attempted to steal booze from the tavern by causing a scene but it resulted in him getting arrested and the other Misfits' being taken in for questioning. Aurora has always had a strained friendship with him as he always caused problems for the group in the beginning and she was very opposed to his drinking. She has begun accepting him as a friend but she was apprehensive to his schemes for awhile. He currently lives in the faewild near a portal to Aurora and Lui's village. He has been frequently pranked thanks to Lui. There was a point in time where Thraxx stayed with Lui and Aurora when there were issues with the faewild portal. He ended up making a basement that he could stay in without disturbing the couple with his antics. The issue has since been resolved and he returned to his home, leaving a basement that the couple is debating on what to do with.
• Sami- The Other World Agent
• Sami is Aurora's main contact to our world and was the prior owner of the twitch channel. Through Sami's encouragement and support, Aurora became a VTuber to expand her reach as a bard and to improve her skills. Sami often travels to Aurora's world to deliver supplies she needs for streaming, throne gifts and anything she could possibly need. She sometimes switches into streams via Sami mode since she is always modding in the background when Aurora is live. She also works as an educational assistant in our world and often shares stories of her experience in special education and mentorship.
• The reason why Sami can travel between worlds is due to her marriage to someone from Aurora's world. Her Husband Michael was part of an organization that was dedicated to researching other dimensions and worlds. Eventually he settled down in our world with Sami but still made visits to his original world to report in. During one of these visits, they encountered Aurora.
• Outside of immersion, Sami is the voice actress behind Aurora Liamaris. She was the original player of the character during the original Pearl Misfit Campaign and has continued to play the character post-campaign through the streams.
• Ukrim- The Foster Father
• Ukrim is Aurora's Foster Father. He is the partner of Cordi and was originally falsely accused of murdering a gnomish couple. However, the Misfits proved his innocence and managed to release him. Upon his release, Cordi introduced Aurora as their adoptive daughter and despite the initial shock, he quickly accepted her. He treats Aurora as if though she was always his daughter and even after finding out about Aleo 'fir, he has never treated her differently. She calls him, "Dad" and he currently lives with Cordi.
• Ria- The Mother lost to time
• Ria is Aurora's biological Mother. She has never met her as she passed away when Aurora was just a newborn. No one knows what happened to her. She is remembered by Aleo 'fir as someone who was mentally strong and always gunned for what she wanted. According to Aleo 'fir, Aurora has a similar face to her mother but otherwise doesn't physically share many traits with her. Aurora refers to her as, "Mama" when talking about her.
• Aizn- The Silent Savior
• Aizn was the contact for the Misfits' mission with the Stuffus Brigade and assisted them with joining the fight. At the end of the major fight that the Misfits' assisted the Stuffus Brigade, it was revealed that Aizn was the one who guided Aurora out of her abusive household. The voice she heard that gave her courage to escape. She is incredibly grateful to Aizn and considers him a good friend.

Shortly after Aurora was born to her Mother Ria Liamaris, her Mother had mysteriously passed away while she ended up in the arms of her maternal grandparents. Ria had previously ran away from them as they were heavily racist against elves and disapproved of the relationship between her and Aleo 'fir. Naturally they had despised Aurora's existence since she was a half-elf and blamed her for the reason why Ria had died. For 19 years, they abused Aurora heavily. Sometimes through their words, other times through using their hands, knives or even fire. Even going as far as to make sure that Aurora never cut her hair. In the event that she tried to escape their abuse, they could always just simply grab her long hair to keep her in place. Their cruelest trick, was beating her to a pulp while singing Happy Birthday on July 24th. All the while, Aurora was never allowed to leave or even see the outside world.

One day, while lamenting over her situation, Aurora heard a voice drifting in. She couldn't tell where the voice came from, but it was warm and comforting. "'You cannot stay here. I have limited time. But if you want to live, there is one thing I can tell you before I have to go. You need to run and find the Lilies.'"That was all Aurora needed to give her the courage to storm out of the house. She ran as fast as her weak legs could carry her, until she managed to escape her current town and she was in the next. For nearly a month, Aurora found herself living on the streets. She made enough to get by through singing on the side of the street.

One day, while Aurora was performing on the streets, a Paladin named Terrence came back into town. Terrence had just completed a very difficult mission, one that he was instructed that he should not complete alone...even though he did just that. He was heavily wounded, unsure if he would feel any relief. It wasn't until he began to hear Aurora's singing that he felt the effects of healing magic flow through his body. He knew immediately that it was this little girl's magic that healed him. He approached her and thanked her for the help, only to realize that she had no idea that she had casted healing magic with her singing voice. Noticing her beaten body, and clothing that was oversized, not even covering up the signs of adversity she had gone through, asked her if she was in a tough situation and if she had no place to call home. After she answered him, he offered to take her to his guild in order for her to get the proper care she most likely needed. Aurora agreed to the offer and followed him to the Silver Lilies headquarters, an older wooden building that was repurposed into a guild hall/living quarters. The building was deep in the forest nearby the town, so Terrence at one point had to carry her through the forest as Aurora had no proper shoes to protect her feet.

Upon entering the guild hall with Aurora in his arms, many of the members grew curious of the little girl: noting how she most likely had nowhere to go and needed help. Laura quickly arrived afterwards, immediately welcoming Aurora as the newest member of the guild and as someone they were going to look after. She made a point to reassure Aurora that she wouldn't be hurt and that she would be safe with them, which made Aurora cry in relief. All of the members quickly took to helping raise Aurora, whether this be through tutoring her in subjects she should have known by now or training her in practical skills like fighting and magic. Aurora was surrounded by a variety of perspectives as all the members were trying to improve themselves. Silver Lilies was a rehabilitation guild for those who had made mistakes in the past to try to make the world a better place. Members included those who dabbled in crime, drugs and alcohol amidst many other things. The only thing that the guild refused to accept was murdering the innocent and actively enjoying it.

Aurora was originally brought into the guild as the healer, since prior to this the guild never had a single person who dabbled in healing magic. Whenever members arrived back from missions, they would immediately go to Aurora to be patched up. However, after sometime and learning more about her abilities, she was promoted to be the Silver Lilies Bard. She would still heal the members but she would be known as the one who would tell the stories that would occur within the guild hall. Whether it'd be stories of sorrow, longing and even love or heartbreak, she would sing them all in front of a supportive loving audience.

The one who by far the most active role in raising Aurora was the leader of the Silver Lilies, Laura. Laura often treated Aurora like she was her own daughter, even though she never admitted it to the other members. She always took an active role in protecting Aurora from harm and showing her that she truly had her own place in the guild. She was the one who helped Aurora come into her own as a bard by sewing her current dress and cutting her hair shorter while encouraging the other members to listen to her performances and assisting her when she needed it. However, Laura also tended to have a more over-protective side to Aurora since she encouraged all the members to not discuss what love felt like to Aurora despite the fact they could perceive that she was 16 at the time. This is incorrect as Aurora canonically was 18 at the time, she could not keep an accurate age record for herself.

Aurora did want to address Laura as, "Mother", since she wondered if her treatment was what most children felt from a parent. However, once she overheard Laura scream at the other members when they called her Aurora's Mother, she decided that she could never bring it up to her."'DON'T YOU DARE CALL ME HER DAMN MOTHER. I'M NO ONE'S MOTHER. LET ALONE HERS.'"Despite this event, Aurora loved almost every member in the guild like they were her own family and vice versa. Some members got on her nerves like the womanizer, who constantly broke hearts day after day in the guild. But regardless, she felt like she had a place to belong.

Tragically, this came to a halt around two years after she joined. A group by the name of the Onyx Claw came into the guild hall and proceeded to slaughter every member there with the excuse that someone had demanded their deaths. Laura managed to hide Aurora underneath the stairs in order to protect her from the carnage. However, Aurora was left as the sole survivor of the tragedy. After the chaos had subsided, the leader of the Onyx Claw noticed how there was one person missing from his list and found her underneath the stairs. He addressed her by name directly and decided to let her go as he found that her eyes no longer held any life within them and found no joy in murdering someone who was already dead yet still alive.

Aurora quickly got up and ran away from the guild hall, as the blood coating her clothing was washed away by the rain. With no home and no family to call hers anymore, she was filled with deep sorrow. But she resolved herself to keep living since the guild members gave up their lives to protect her. She went back to being on the run, but even worse as she felt like she could never stay in one town for long.

After going through many towns, eventually she made her way into a city called Verdare. While she would have made a living by singing and playing her lute, her lute got heavily damaged during her time on the run. One night, she stopped by a tavern to get some dinner before deciding her next move. All the while, some guy at the bar was trying to drink as much as he wanted. She originally tried not to pay it much mind, even though it did heavily bother her based on her days back in Silver Lilies. Later on that night, while she sat on the couch nearby the fire with another girl, the guy at the bar caused a tavern brawl to break out. The chaos, the noise, it all brought her back to the moment she lost Silver Lilies; causing her to freeze in fear. The girl she was sitting with, proceeded to offer to help her escape the chaos and she quickly agreed to the help. This girl was Edelina. Together alongside a gnome who was caught in the chaos, proceeded to jump out of a broken window in order to escape. However, one of the guards summoned to deal with the brawl caught them along the guy who caused the brawl (who tried to escape with them). They were all taken in for questioning, or for lack of a better term, technically all arrested.

While Aurora was in a cell, she wept in fear. She was afraid that the people who took away her guild could be in here and if they were, that the guards wouldn't be strong enough to protect a slaughter from occurring. Thankfully after the guards interrogated who they found out was Blayski, they were let out of their cells but were asked to wait in the hall for further questioning. While Aurora was still terrified, the gnome from before; now known as Lui, comforted her and helped her quell her fear. This was alongside a wolfkin named Cordi, someone who had tried to leave the scene earlier but got caught as well. With Cordi offering her tail for Aurora to pet and Lui's comforting words, Aurora managed to calm down.

Eventually, Blayski's verdict was decided by the head guard, Cain. Blayski would have to complete missions in order to pay off his bail since the guard force wasn't enough to deal with some of the current issues plaguing the city. Cain also offered the same missions to the rest of the group but with pay. After hearing that one of the missions involved tracking down some thieves who were causing issues, Aurora quickly volunteered. While the group was slightly surprised, Aurora knew she wanted to find out who took away Silver Lilies: feeling that these missions could be a good lead into finding out who had done it. The rest of the group agreed to the mission and Cain assigned a guard named Musa to watch over them for their mission.

Together, the group went on their first mission together: saving a merchant from a group of thieves and managing to keep one alive to interrogate. During the Interrogation, the thief admitted that he didn't feel he would survive the night and the group agreed to watch her for the night to make sure he didn't do anything or anyone didn't come for him. Edelina in particular, asked the thief about Silver Lilies since she found out what had happened to Aurora and wanted to see if she could help her. This action moved Aurora and she even gave Edelina a hug to thank her, an action that surprised Edelina heavily. The group also noticed how strong Musa was during their mission and begged Cain to let them keep him in their party. Cain eventually relented, only agreeing if they could find a replacement for Musa.

During the night watch in the prison, Edelina inquired to Aurora if she truly wanted to continue with the group considering the risks that come with the mission. She replied that she was determined to find the people who took away Silver Lilies, feeling that she owed it to the people who protected her. Then during Aurora's shift, she had asked Blayski why he had tried to steal booze and upon realizing that she never had it before, he almost ran off to go steal some. He was stopped by Aurora shouting at him to stop...which woke up the rest of the party. All of a sudden, the wall behind the thief they were watching over broke open and the leader of the Onyx Claw, Sinos, killed the thief right in front of the group. He then taunted Edelina by calling her "Doll" hinting at their previous connect. Edelina proceeded to yell at Sinos, asking why he was killing people to which he responded that it was fun to him.

During this conversation, Aurora began to panic. She recognized this voice all too well. It was the leader behind the group that took away Silver Lilies. Out of sheer fear and terror she screamed, interrupting the conversation happening around her.

"STOP THIS!!"

This drew Sinos' attention to her, making him quickly realize that she was the sole survivor of the Silver Lilies raid. The one he left alive. He began to taunt Aurora about her dead friends and spat directly in her face. Lui became enraged by this and proceeded to throw a dagger into Sinos chest from a disadvantaged position...only for Sinos to remove to dagger and be unfazed by the attack. He then escaped despite Edelina's attempt to follow him and confront him further. Meanwhile Aurora fell to the ground, sobbing over how she couldn't protect her new group from him. When Edelina returned, she comforted her and told the group about her past with the Onyx Claw.

Edelina was a member of the Onyx Claw back when they didn't kill people. They were small time thieves at best with some terrible customs and rituals. During this time, she was one of Sinos' many lovers. She was betrayed after her final mission with the Onyx Claw by Sinos and she was forced into volunteering at the church of Helm to atone for her crime. She had realized what she was doing was wrong and she was determined to stop Sinos at all costs. Despite her believing no one in her current group would trust her, Aurora did. She explained that Edelina was very similar to members of Silver Lilies, that she was someone who wanted to change for the better. Not to mention, that if Edelina was truly with the Onyx Claw, she would have killed Aurora long ago.

With this event, the group agreed that their primary goal was to defeat the Onyx Claw and Sinos. As now with them all being witnesses, Sinos would surely be after all of them.
