On 29 June, hololive Indonesia's main channel published a cover of "Ochame Kinou" featuring all of hololive Indonesia's first generation members, making Risu's first collaboration cover song.

On 9 August, Risu reached 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 14 August, hololive Indonesia's Twitter account announced that the first generation members would get their second 2D costume commemorating Indonesia's Independence Day.

On 16 August, she debuted her second 2D costume. In this costume she wears a white floral dress, with a belt bellow the chest, she also uses a small hat on her left ear.

On 10 September, Risu opened her channel membership feature.

On 7 November, Risu reached 200,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 10 November, Risu premiered her first solo cover "KING" by Kanaria.

On 6 December, Risu reached 300,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 11 March, Risu reached 400,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 15 April, she, Moona and Iofifteen revealed plans for them to get their 3D models at some point in 2021.

On 12 June, she showcased the 2.0 version of her 2D model during a stream. The new features include being able to remove her beret and/or jacket, more facial expressions, a rounder face and better movement tracking.

On 11 August, Risu reached 500,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, making her the 40th hololive member to reach this milestone.

On 15 August, during their AREA 15 segment, Iofi announced that hololive Indonesia 1st gen members would receive their third 2D costumes soon.

On 21 October, Risu debuted her third 2D costume, a dark brown witch costume. Typical of a witch costume, the costume has a witch hat decorated with fuchsia flowers, golden leaves and light pink feathers that turn darker on the tips. The inner edge of the hat is golden. She wears a white blouse decorated with a black ribbon with a red jewel in the middle, white gloves, a long skirt that go just below the chest. The skirt has various layers, the first one is dark brown and is shaped like a corset around her waist, put together with golden laces and chain which has a red jewel in the tip. At the center of this layer there is a black piece of cloth that seems to be part of the same layer; as the skirt's front, this cloth and the ones around it are "V" shaped at the edge of the skirt, all of them decorated again with red jewels. The rest of the skirt has its edges straight and adorned with just like the one at the center. The second layer is a black skirt. Risu wears long socks and black shoes. The outfit is complemented by a small coat, the coat's sleeves go just below her elbow. She can remove both the hat and the coat. In lore, Risu presents herself under an alter ego named "Ayunda" while wearing this outfit.

On 15 November, hololive's Twitter account announced that the 3D debuts for hololive Indonesia's first generation would be postponed for the rest of the year due to the unpredictable situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.

On 15 January, as part of her birthday celebration, Risu released her first original song "ALiCE&u."

On 7 February, Risu reached 600,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 20 March, Risu debuted her 3D model during "hololive 3rd fes. Link Your Wish" day 2.

On 15 April, Risu, Moona, and Iofi released their new original song "HI-15."

On 12 July, Risu reached 700,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a Euro Truck Simulator 2 stream.

On 22 July, Risu along with Aragami Oga released the full music video of their original song Harapan PanPanPan.

On 10 September, during an AREA15 stream, it was announced that all members of hololive Indonesia's first generation would have a relay of 3D model showcase streams, to officially debut their 3D models on their channels.

On 18 September, she held a stream showcasing her 3D model.

On 15 October, hololive Indonesia's Twitter account announced that hololive Indonesia 1st gen members would get their fourth 2D costume.

On 25 October, Risu debuted her fourth 2D costume. In this costume Risu got a new bob hairstyle with pink lights. In this costume Risu wears futuristic clothes that Risu herself described as "future timeline Risu." She uses a black sleeveless top with two belts below on top of it she wears a big gray jacket with pink sleeves. Risu wears a gray skirt complemented with a pink belt. Her legs are covered by see through black stockings and pink and gray shoes. She can also wear headphones and pink shades.

On 14 January, during a birthday countdown stream, Risu gained an additional accessory to her main 2D model: A Risuner mascot. Her model has also been updated so that her jacket becomes a hoodie, which she can also take off.

On 30 January, hololive Indonesia's Twitter account announced that their nine members would get new kimono costumes.

On 5 February, Risu debuted her fifth 2D costume, a kimono to celebrate the new year. Risu uses loose hair decorated with flower hairpins. Risu wears a red kimono with dark blue outlines and a white fluffy collar that can be removed. The kimono is decorated with multiple five petal flowers print in white, light pink and red. The is dark blue with an inner layer in light blue and is decorated with a yellow ribbon with various flower prints different from the others in her kimono, everything is tied together with a red strap. Her kimono left side overlaps to the right and has a diagonal cut that expose her legs. Risu can also hold a red fan that can be opened. She wears white socks and red sandals.

On 13 March, she reached 800,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 18 March, Risu debuted her 3D idol costume during hololive 4th fes. "Our Bright Parade" DAY 1.

On 10 April, Risu released her second original song "1:15 AM."

On 4 July, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, Risu debuted her 3D. These are the same designs that Japanese members debuted the previous year.

On 4 August, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, Risu debuted her 3D swimsuit. The 2023 swimsuits are inspired in a sailor uniform. Members wear a two layered swimsuit, the first layer is blue from the straps going down diagonally to the center where each member has a mostly blue bow but one of the sides and the brooch are in one color representative of each member. The rest of the top is white. The edge has a semi circular cut. The lower piece of the first layer has two variants, one is a two layered blue skirt decorated with a white belt, a golden chain with some decorations hanging from it and a bow to the left and planks to the right. The second version is mostly the same but they wear blue shorts instead of a mini skirt. Risu uses the mini skirt. The second layer of the outfit is a matching striped bikini in white and another color depending on the member.

On 30 October, Risu released her third original song "Sing Out."

On 31 October, Risu released a long hairstyle, and new accessories including glasses and a book for her third costume.

On 13 January, Risu's main 2D model was updated to version 3.0. This update includes various new facial expressions including the ability to pout.

On 15 January, Risu debuted new accessories for her fourth costume including a pink trucker hat, sunglasses, and a pink truck steering wheel.

On 10 April, as a part of hololive Indonesia first generation fourth anniversary, Risu debuted her sixth 2D costume. The outfit match the themes and colors of the other members forming an idol-like unit outfit. Risu has long wavy hair with pink lights, her hair is decorated with a small hat and a ribbon. She has decorative pink paint near her eyes. She wears a dark blue crop top, complemented with a white and blue cape and a big blue striped ribbon, decorated with golden ornaments, under her top she wears a gray body suit. Her skirt is black with a white edge and golden star shaped ornaments. She has black boots. Risu can also hold a microphone with a pink top.

On 17 August, hololive Indonesia members debuted their 3D school uniforms and released their new branch's original song "Senandung Jiwa." The costume has two versions: one is a white T-shirt with a striped tie, and the other is a brown T-shirt decorated with traditional Indonesian motifs and a gray tie like the skirt color. Each member has accessories, including a distinct colored Varsity jacket and a school bag.

On 27 September, she released the music video for her original song "Sing Out".

On 12 November, Risu reached 900,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 15 January, Risu released her fourth original song "metropolis" during her birthday stream.

On 8 March, she debuted her hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony 3D idol costume during the event's day 1 STAGE 2. The costume has some variants, it can be black or white, complemented with a color representative of the talent. The midriff can be covered or not. One has variant has a skirt while the other uses pants, with one leg exposed. Aside for the design featured in promotional material, the costume also includes a short jacket.

On 1 April, Risu debuted a little sister character named "Wisu" along with her 2D model.

On 10 April, Risu debuted her seventh 2D costume, her costume is themed around a goddess, she is The Earth. Risu has really long, wavy hair, with small, white flowers, two tips can be hold by flying little birds in green and purple. She wears a shoulderless, long white dress with ruffled sleeves and cuffs, the dress has decorative flowers and vines with leaves. She has a decorative white vine on her left leg. Risu uses white heels. Risu can also wear a light green coat with red and white flowers and some leaves near her squirrel ears.

On the early morning of 9 November, her YouTube channel was hacked and used to stream cryptocurrency. It was restored shortly after. Later that same night, she did a stream joking about her Nutcoin.

On 10 November, after a morning stream, her channel was removed for violating YouTube's community guidelines. However, it was restored the following day. This seems to be related to reports from viewers at the time her channel was hacked the day before.

On 21 November, Risu released her fifth original song "MIR//or."

On 15 January, Risu released her sixth original song "As Star Fall."
