On 28 February, during her birthday stream, Baelz debuted her third chibi 3D model, also known as strawberry princess model.
On 19 March, during hololive 4th fes "Our Bright Parade" holo*27 stage, Baelz debuted her 3D model.
On the night of the same day, Baelz debuted her 3D idol costume during hololive 4th fes. "Our Bright Parade" DAY2.
On 28 March, she reached 700,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.
On 31 March, she debuted a series "BAE-GEMITE DOMINATION" where she brought, an Australia's favourite national dish, to challenge her fellow hololive production members to try it. Vegemite is a thick, dark brown Australian food spread made from leftover brewers' yeast extract with various vegetable and spice additives.
On 10 April, Baelz announced that she would get her third 2D costume.
On 15 April, Baelz debuted her third 2D costume. Baelz received two new hairstyles using long wavy twintails and side locks, her white bangs have a diagonal cut. In the second one Baelz use a side ponytail while her bangs are tied up. Both hairstyles are decorated with multiple accessories including a yellow "RAT" hairpin, a "85" hairpin meant to represent her last name "Hakos," in Japanese, a blue big star and small stars in her twintails/ponytail. Mr. Squeaks is facing front, standing on two feet and using black sunglasses. On her right arm she has temporal prints representing "CouncilRyS", doubling as tattoos. Bae wears a futuristic outfit using a black top with only one strap and a yellow zipper. On her left arm she uses a long black sleeve. Baelz has a decorative chain with small stars around her waist. Her pants are black and shorter on the right leg where an opening on her hip is also present, and Bae wears a fishnet. The pants' left leg is connected with various brooches. She has a crossed blue belt with a yellow brooch reminiscent of a piece of cheese. Baelz wears white sneakers with yellow, blue and black decorations. Baelz can also wear a short white puffer jacket with red, blue and yellow elements including a cheese-like zipper.
On 5 May, Baelz released her second original song "PSYCHO."
On 2 July, she participated in "hololive English 1st Concert Connect the World."
Baelz 2D model was also updated to the 1.1.69 version. Baelz can blush, wear a microphone and hold a Mr. Squeeks plushie. Mr. Squeeks on top of her head can now mimic her emotions.
On 7 July, Baelz released her first extended play titled "Pandæmonium." During a release party stream on the same day, her strawberry princess model got the second costume "Blackberry Bae."
On 11 July, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, Bae debuted her 3D. These are the same designs that Japanese members debuted the previous year.
On 30 July, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, during a karaoke relay, Bae debuted her 3D swimsuit. The 2023 swimsuits are inspired in a sailor uniform. Members wear a two layered swimsuit, the first layer is blue from the straps going down diagonally to the center where each member has a mostly blue bow but one of the sides and the brooch are in one color representative of each member. The rest of the top is white. The edge has a semi circular cut. The lower piece of the first layer has two variants, one is a two layered blue skirt decorated with a white belt, a golden chain with some decorations hanging from it and a bow to the left and planks to the right. The second version is mostly the same but they wear blue shorts instead of a mini skirt. Baelz uses the shorts. The second layer of the outfit is a matching striped bikini in white and another color depending on the member.
On 27 September, Baelz debuted a new accessory for her third 2D costume. A dark blue themed cape with decorative pink paw prints and a white fluffy collar and edge. She can remove the cape's cap. Of the -Council- members, Baelz's cape is the only one that doesn't have a bow.
On 30 September, she officially debuted her 3D model on her YouTube channel.
On 9 October, IRyS, Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii, Nanashi Mumei and Hakos Baelz announced that they would form the new unit "hololive English -Promise-." While not stated in the 3D collab the closure of "Project: HOPE" was announced on hololive's website shortly after.
On 11 November, she reached 800,000 subscribers on her YouTube during an unarchived karaoke.
