Cyan is a catgirl with a bubbly and silly personality, who loves drawing cute girls, and is sometimes mischievous and likes teasing her viewers. She is a self taught artist, having taught herself how to draw, how to rig in Live2d, and how to make VRoid models. She prefers to make assets for her channel herself, as she has spoken how she often doesn't have money to commission others. She has been open about being diagnosed with Bipolar I and autism. She tends to be introverted, but has claimed that if she were not autistic, she would likely be an extrovert. She has a slight Southern US accent which comes out mostly when she's upset or baffled.

She is a 5'3" (160 cm) bobcat girl who weighs at least 200 lbs (91 kg). She wears agejo gyaru fashion, with a leopard print crop top, a denim miniskirt, thigh highs with fishnet, and a black jacket lined with tan fur. Her ears are long and fluffy, with black tips. Her tail is short, ending in black tips with a cream underside. Her ears and tail have black heart shaped spots. Her eyes are a shade of light blue. She has many freckles and a prominent mole on her left breast.

Cyan first debuted on YouTube in 2020 under the identity of Paprika Gallus. She focused on doing a wide variety of streams. She underwent many design changes throughout the years, going from her original design to a softer, chubbier version, to eventually abandoning the Paprika identity all together and switching to her current form as Cyan.
