Commander Devon Kramer Lionheart was once an ordinary man, Devon Lionheart, a former government member who uncovered a shocking truth: he possessed unregistered bloodlines not recognized as human, including Asgard Bloodlines, Chaos Eldridge Blood, Hume Bloodlines, and Human Bloodlines. Alarmed by his potential power, the political establishment dispatched Seal Team 6 to eliminate him, but their attempts were thwarted by S.e.e.D Galactic Specialized Forces, formerly known as S.e,e.D.
S.e.e.D G.S.F was established to maintain universal peace and protect Earth’s unique abilities. Despite lacking magic, Earthlings can manifest realities from fiction. Initially seven members, the team now has eight, each enhanced through a super soldier procedure and connected to a unique divine animal spirit. Their roles are color-coded:
- Team Leader: The White Galactic Lion of Justice; Devon Kramer, Lionheart
- Second: The Red Dinosaur from Time; Kai Volatiles, Voltaire
- Third: The Yellow Griffin of Glory; Legretta Nana, Margery
- PC Officer: The Blue Data Battle Foxy Angel; Honoka Marlena, Serena
- Therapist: The Pink Robin of Care; Iris Kramer, Strider
- Sniper: The Gray Tiger Hawk; Geo Cardian, Strider
- Medic: The Green Beauty Dragon; Rachel Dragoon, Lionheart
- Communications: The Purple Psychic Phoenix; Ashy Pain, Williams
While each member has unique powers, the Commander embodies all but the Phoenix’s psychic abilities. He can transform into four angelic forms, with his final transformation granting him infinite power for three hours, making him the first hero V-Tuber during that time.
The organization spans the galaxy with five Galaxy Gardens, each with specific purposes:
- North: Training new officers to protect the universe.
- West: Reviving lost magics for universal protection.
- East: Teaching flight and vehicle operation.
- South: Developing weapons and equipment.
- Center: Housing elite teams with the best gear.
The outer walls of the cosmos have distinct traits:
- North Outer Wall: A retirement and resort area for members.
- West Outer Wall: Ruled by Aerith Gainsborough, a corrupted librarian obsessed with time travel.
- East Outer Wall: Controlled by an unknown kingpin selling artificially created beings.
- South Outer Wall: Run by Big Boom Daddy D, a former student turned crime lord, now manufacturing illegal weapons.
