Lore

One night, a linguist (and the contents of their bedroom) accidentally get exploded into the far reaches of the Astral Plane. After quite a bit of trouble, the linguist manages to reach out and land on a strange planetoid, where they sheltered and found some intriguing things, such as a device covered in old symbols that allows them to connect with people in other planes and realities. Over time, they've been investigating the device and their new home, and also have come to realize that the planetoid is a god husk, the massive petrified corpse of a forgotten god. Oh, and also, now they are suffused with divine power, somehow a cleric of this dead forgotten god.
