An Ice Elemental given the responsibility of watching of the earths cold temperatures. When an unknown individual caused an incident, which leads to an unavoidable confrontation. Causing accidental start the Ice Age, with the individual fully responsible is no where to be found. The council punishes the Ice Elemental but putting helmet limiter and locking him away. Years have passed and the jail has crack open once more, and limiter is starting weaken.
