"Before time, there existed an age of darkness. Millennium upon millennium passed by until mankind was birthed, and Prometheus defied the many gods of Olympus by stealing the first fire, gifting it to mankind. The fire bestowed upon mankind the power of knowledge and technology, which brought an age of advancement. They began to erect torches... around houses, buildings, and before long, cities, eradicating the blinding darkness of night. Light spread across the world as a result; with the advancement in technology, humanity had defeated the night. And thus, ending the age of darkness, weakening the primordial being known as Erebus, the god of darkness."
"Prometheus was championed by humanity as the father of technological advancement and knowledge. Meanwhile, Erebus was long forgotten. Temples and structures erected to worship said god are now sadly laid in ruin. With time, Erebus was said to vanish. Nobody knows what exactly happened to this ancient entity, only that a fragment of him lies dormant somewhere, waiting to be reawakened, in one form or another..."
Aaaand this dwindling, weakened fragment of Erebus later on will possess a vassal known as Tomo. And so a partial reawakening of the primordial entity began, known as Erebus Tomo. Show more
