I recently fell from heaven and crashed through the roof of a crappy house. I did some DIY projects and it turned out to be a great place to live in. Problem is...I didn't know property and home taxes exists (I didn't even know what they were in the first place!). I got a pretty hefty bill dropped off in the mail that was addressed to the former home owner. Now, that debt is on my shoulders since I've lived here long enough to no longer be considered a squatter. My neighbor gave me their old streaming equipment to pick up a new hobby while I fly from job to job.
