Her debut stream occurred on Twitch at 17 January 2022. It reached 17 viewers at peak, and was her first time streaming.

Her YouTube account was registered on 23 January 2022. She uploaded her debut highlights video on YouTube on 13 March 2022.

Regardless, Grimmi did not regret her decision to remain an independent VTuber.
