JLP’s VTuber persona Blue Wave is one of her original characters which is part of a series called The Weather Witches.
Blue Wave is a weather witch that has the ability to turn her hair into water. By transforming her hair into water she is able to replace her paint water cups which she would spill and ruin her artwork with.
