Karma is an easy-going detective with a fondness for everything mysterious. There's no case they can't solve, nor secret they can't uncover when they put their heart in it.

Unfortunately, being lazy beyond all reason, Karma has yet to bring a case to the Agency, instead spending their days playing all kinds of video games and bantering with the Kiwopods. Their genres of choice are adventure games and visual novels, although they've shown proficiency in other kinds of games as well, as long as it involves strategizing and/or solving puzzles.

They've got an unnatural prowess in developing outlandish theories which, even though born of their own peculiar logic and reasoning, almost always end up being proven right (or somehow, at least, leading to the truth), an ability usually referred to as "karmasniping".

Karma is also known for their penchant for cracking bad jokes, from puns to wordplay (much to the Kiwopods' dismay), as well as for their lack of knowledge about famous people in general (much to the Kiwopods' delight).

In general, they're a good and kind person who refuses to even slightly hurt others without reason, sometimes even letting slip how much they love their Kiwopods and care about them.

Karma is portrayed as a fair-skinned, petite humanoid doll. Their body has a fair number of stich marks, those being present on the base of their neck, their right arm and forearm, their right thigh and their left ankle. A heart-shaped heather patch is stitched right to the center of their flat chest. Only the neck and thigh stiches are visible when Karma is in their main outfit.

The doll has striking dark teal eyes, their right eye picturing a black spiral instead of a regular iris. Their hair is comprised of a hime cut and knee-long bangs in various shades of dark purple. Karma's head also sports a heart-shaped ahoge on its crown, as well as a pair of heather plush bunny ears covered in patches and stiches. A little bit of their left plush ear's stuffing is exposed. They also have a long heather cat tail with a teal ribbon tied to its end.

Their outfit of choice is an ornate heather-and-black Victorian tailed jacket, adorned with teal frills, heather bows and black buttons. A white and heather corset with four teal buttons holds the jacket in place. Their bloomers are dark grey with black stripes, matching their mismatched in height buttoned kneesocks. A pair of heather Mary Janes cover their feet.

Karma's YouTube channel was created on 20 January 2021, but saw no content until their unofficial debut in late 2025. They first streamed on Twitch on 5 October 2025, a very short stream which lasted no more than 15 minutes. The VOD was deleted, and they migrated to YouTube streaming shortly after.

Their fans are known as Kiwopods, a portmanteau of the Japanese "kiwo" (being like, feeling like) and "pod" (as in gastropod), a nod to their sea bunny-like appearance.

Kiwopods are presented as light-purple Sea Bunny plushies, with darker heather accents on their ears and tails, as well as equally dark spots all around their bodies. Their most striking characteristic is a heart-shaped dark teal patch, stitched on top of where their left eye should be. When clothed, Kiwopods tend to be depicted with a light teal frilly dress, covered by a teal cloak adorned with light teal ribbons. An ear cover, equally frilled and matching the cloak's colors, is also usually worn on their left ears.

Sometimes referred to as a "hivemind" of sorts, the Kiwopods are known for their poor sense of direction. They lack both episodic memory and object permanency, missing Karma as soon as their presence is not perceived by them. Conversely, those limitations make Kiwopods extremely curious: everything new is instantly appealing to a Kiwopod, and everything they're not used to is an exciting novelty.

Kiwopods seem to share a myriad of traits with Karma, being equally investigative, snarky and fond of beautiful women. As plushies, how much of their personality is a projection of Karma's is still up to debate.

Although intellectually limited, Kiwopods seem to relish the notion of teasing Karma, very much enjoying their banter. One thing, however, is known: every Kiwopod loves Karma unconditionally, and will patiently wait for them to come back to the office, no matter how long it takes.

Jordan (the actor) up once on stream, not knowing they were different people. ** It's commonly joked that most of Karma's knowledge of popular culture might come from Hamilton and South Park. ** Karma's geography skills are equally inferred to have come from Hetalia. ** Influencied by the Hetalia character England, Karma used to pretend being British when they were younger, even speaking in a faux accent for a while. This short-lived obsession culminated in a trip to England, where Karma realized their dream of eating authentic British scones. * Karma's once referred to themselves as the "unholy trinity": they're simultaneously a furry, a brony and an anime fan. It's unclear if this was a joke.
