Karma is an easy-going detective with a fondness for everything mysterious. There's no case they can't solve, nor secret they can't uncover when they put their heart in it.
Unfortunately, being lazy beyond all reason, Karma have yet to bring a case to the Agency, instead spending their days playing all kinds of video games and bantering with the Kiwopods. Their genres of choice are adventure games and visual novels, although they've shown proficiency in other kinds of games as well, as long as it involves strategizing and/or solving puzzles.
They've got an unnatural prowess in developing outlandish theories which, even though born of their own peculiar logic and reasoning, almost always end up being proven right (or somehow, at least, leading to the truth), an ability usually referred to as "karmasniping".
Karma are also known for their penchant for cracking bad jokes, from puns to wordplay (much to the Kiwopods' dismay), as well as for their lack of knowledge about famous people in general (much to the Kiwopods' delight).
In general, they're a good and kind person who refuses to even slightly hurt others without reason, sometimes even letting slip how much they love and care about their Kiwopods.

Karma is a (self-proclaimed) super cute genius detective, whose soul is stuck in a doll body due to a case gone wrong. In order to find the evil villain who caused this, they seek to build a new, better equipped doll to chase them down and bring justice. However, Karma’s fatal flaw is being lazy, so they’re enjoying doll life by playing games and loving cute girls until then.
They're the current Lead Detective at the "Karmakiwo Detective Agency", where they're assisted by the Kiwopods, a small group of "cute, little, fat" Sea Bunny-like plushies which run the place when Karma's gone.
