Kidd-661

Kidd has an upbeat and lively personality, being known as the "resident screaming destroyer" of the LIBERTAS generation in VFleet. She has a fondness for many things, but particularly enjoys: horror games, Dragon Age, The Sims, and metal music.

Kidd-661's default design sports a blue denim cropped jacket and denim shorts, while also having various straps and belts on the design as well. Her design is very pirate-themed, as the original USS Kidd-661 ship is the only known American ship that is allowed to display the Jolly Roger. She wears various red ribbons, has fish netting on her chest and right arm, and wears fingerless gloves. She sports a variety of navel ribbon on her right breast. Her cape displays the numbers "661" and various communication flags which mean the following:

• Blue and White Checkered: "No." - Your movements understood, not keeping watch. (N)
• Half Blue, Half Yellow: "I wish to communicate with you." - Personnel working aloft. (K)
• Yellow with Black Spot: "Altering my course to port." - Going alongside in port/anchor. (I)
• Yellow with Wide Blue Stripe: "Keep clear, I am maneuvering with difficulty." - Degaussing. (D)

Her hair is brown and lime green, and her eyes are purple. She has a tanned complexion, and multiple moles (lip, breast).

The USS Kidd (DD-661) Wikipedia states: "USS Kidd a Fletcher-class destroyer, was the first ship of the United States Navy to be named after Rear Admiral Isaac C. Kidd, who died on the bridge of his flagship USS Arizona during the 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Admiral Kidd was the first US flag officer to die during World War II and the first American admiral ever to be killed in action. A National Historic Landmark, she is now a museum ship, berthed on the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Along with USS Slater (DE 766), Kidd is only one of two surviving US destroyers preserved in her World War II configuration. She is one of four remaining Fletcher-class destroyers remaining in the world."

"The destroyer was commissioned on 23 April 1943. During her initial cruise to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, she sailed across New York Harbor with the Jolly Roger flying from the foremast. Subsequently, during outfitting, her crew adopted the pirate captain William Kidd as their mascot and commissioned a local artist to paint a pirate figure on the forward smokestack."

Kidd is a newer addition to the VFleet roster, so not much is known about her background at this point in time.

• Her mascot is of parrots with pirate hats, being three different color palettes to choose from.
• Her fans are known as "scallywags".

• Kidd is based on the real American destroyer ship, which served from 1943 to 1964
• Kidd officially has the support of the current executive director of the USS Kidd ship, Parks Stevenson.
