2019
On 1 August, Hitona made her debut with her self-introduction song, which also introduced the other members of Hanayori Girls' Dormitory.
2020
On 3 May, Hitona did a birthday countdown stream to celebrate her birthday and also debuted her 2nd costume, a black cat girl costume including cat ears, a cat tail and cat paw gloves.
On 28 August, she unveiled new hairstyles for her first costume.
On 7 November, she did a solo concert where she debuted her 3D model.
2021
On 15 February, Hanayori Girl's Dormitory disbanded, with Hitona continuing her activities as an independent VTuber.
2022
On 18 February, Hitona debuted her 3rd costume, a white and gray detective-themed dress with a matching gray hat and red overcoat, plus a new hairstyle.
2023
On 2 April, Hitona debuted a male persona named "Kohigashi Koazu" (小東こあず) for her April Fools' stream.
On 4 May, she did a 3D concert with a new 3D outfit for her birthday.
2024
On 1 April, Koazu returned with a new hairstyle for another April Fools' stream.
On 4 May, Hitona celebrated her birthday with karaoke, and then debuted her new 2D model with the new costume illustration done by Akemiya Azuzu and the Live2D modelling done by Syake.
On 2 August, she announced that she has signed up to become an affiliate of RIOT MUSIC's RIONECTION production support group. Hitona clarifies in her tweet that she has not joined RIOT MUSIC itself with this, as RIONECTION is not a talent agency.
On 5 August, the first cover album by "Hitodetanteidan" (海星探偵団, collab duo with Hoshikage Lapis) titled "Mermaid Star" was released on BOOTH and at Comiket 104 from 11 to 12 August.
On 4 October, the music video of her first original duet song as part of Hitodetanteidan, "Natsuiro Twinta~il!" (夏色ついんて～る！) premiered on her channel.
On 7 November, she debuted new costumes for her new model. Counting her other costumes and her new model, this is her 5th costume and the theme is summer casual dress.
