On 31 October, Hikari reached 10,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 14 November, Hikari made her first cover of the song "Booo!."

On 11 December, Hikari revealed on her Twitter account that she would get her 3D model, but not with her standard outfit, instead with an idol outfit.

On 19 December, Hikari debuted her 3D idol costume during the live: "774Fes Do It!"

On 3 April, Hikari officially debuted her 3D model on her YouTube channel using her main costume.

On 5 April, she reached 20,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 4 May, Hikari debuted her second 2D costume. In this costume Hikari got a new hairstyle using short twintails with a golden star hairpin. She wears a short sleeved white t-shirt with the phrase "I am HERO" in light blue letters on the front, her skirt is dark blue with suspenders of the same color, she also has a loose belt falling to her left side with a big star ornament, Hikari also wears long gray socks and dark blue shoes.

On 19 December, Hikari debuted her third 2D costume. In this costume Hikari got a new hairstyle using a short haircut, some of her yellow hair to the sides resemble small bird wings. Hikari wears a black and white top with black crossed suspenders, the top also has some small pink element under the chest, her skirt is mostly black but it is also pink on the left side, she uses three leg belts one on her right thigh and two on her right thigh that are used to carry pink holsters, her shoes are mostly light gray. Her outfit is complemented by a light gray jacket with a pink neck and laces, on top of the jacket Hikari wears a white belt carring three adittional pink holsters.

On 3 March, Hikari reached 30,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 18 October, Hikari reached 40,000 subscribers on YouTube.

On 21 March, the VTuber groups "AniMare," "Honey Strap," "Sugar Lyric," "Hiyoku no Crosspiece" and solo talents were merged into one group, including management, aiming to make it easier for the talents to thrive under just one brand.

On 8 December, Hikari debuted her fourth 2D costume as her new main costume. Hikari has a brand new artstyle, including both her physical features and clothes designed by ana. While this is a brand new model, 774 inc. officially considers it her fourth costume. Hikari went from a parrot girl to a cat girl, as she has a cat tail. But some parrot motifs are still present, such as the small parrot that can sit on top of her head or the wing-shaped hairpins in her twintails. Her mouth's shape include a fang. Hikari retains a twintails hairstyle, but they are high twintails instead of low, her yellow lights are prominent in the inner layer, she has a short ahoge in contrast with her former parrot girl ahoge. Her twintails are decorated with various hairpins including stars with wings and a cat-shaped one. She has another hairstyle using long loose hair. Hikari wears a white blouse with a big frilled collar decorated with a dark pink ribbon and black lace. The sleeves are long and are partially detached, decorated with crossed black ribbons. She uses a black, checkered pattern skirt with suspenders and lace, it is decorated with two ribbons in white and black and a cat pin. Hikari wears white loose socks with a black outline and ribbon. She has black shoes with a decorative golden star. Hikari can also use a pink and white jacket with a white and yellow polka dot pattern in the lining, this is the same pattern her shirt had in her former main costume.

On 29 January, Hikari celebrated reaching 50,000 subscribers on YouTube.

* On 15 July 2021, 774inc C99's Twitter account announced that its talents would appear in the event Nanashiinku bake~shon! in which every member would appear in limited time merchandize including original artwork by studio A-1 Pictures depicting them in swinsuits. The merchandize included, posters, hand fans, cushions, keychains, pins, beach balls and special conmemorative drinks associated with each group. The event was held in the EJ Anime Theater in Shinjuku City from 22 July to 1 August.
* On 15 April 2023, she participated in the Apex Legends VTuber Most Cooperatitive Tournament Season 5 (VSaikyou 5) together with Inui Shinichiro and Shishigami Leona as team "INUTOLION". The team placed 13th in the overall ranking.
* On 12 June 2024, she participated in the "VTuber SF6 Rikka Cup" (Vtuberスト6律可杯) Street Fighter 6 tournament organized by Rikka, as a member of team "Tamashii no Ichigeki" (魂の一撃) along with Kageyama Shien, Shibuya HAL, Kogara Toto, and Tooko. The team placed 2nd in the overall ranking.
