Kudo Chitose, a Japanese Virtual YouTuber who debuted alongside Warabeda Meiji in January 2019 as part of Nijisanji's first VTuber batch, was known for her free-talk and gaming streams. Chitose's YouTube channel was created on 6 January 2019 and her Twitter account on the same month.
On 8 January, she posted her first tweet, introducing herself with short video using her model and voice.
On 10 January, just before her debut stream, Chitose's YouTube channel reached 10,000 subscribers.

- Chitose's fans are called "Koroshiya" (ころしや), abbreviated from Nikkorogashiya (にっころがしや). ** Initially the fans were called "Koroshiya" (殺し屋, hit man), but with its negative meaning it was rejected. Later, inspired with Warabeda Meiji's favourite food, "Nikkorogashi" (煮っ転がし, "Simmered Potato"), and some improvement, it became "Nikkorogashiya".
