She has long black hair with a red streak, light green eyes with pointed ears and a 'crown' made of multiple syringes filled with blood. She has a cross-shaped scar under her right eye, and a white dermal piercing under her left eye. She has pointed ears that droop downwards and have red tips.
Current 2D Model
In August of 2022, Layna debuted a new 2D model. In many ways, it is similar to the 3D models, retaining the black hair, crown, facial scar, green irises, long, droopy ears, and heavy blood theming. New elements include Black Sclera, a gothic dress featuring barbed thorns and solid blood veins, as well as a metal cage acting as a hoop. This model also highlights the IVs that hang from her crown, which now have toggles and animations that suggest Layna can control them at will.
True Form
Every version of Layna has had a "True Form" the delves further into the horror elements she loves so much. This form transforms her model into a gory version of each respective model, common changes including a torn open chest, exposing her ribcage and spine, intestines leaking out of the cavity, arms that have been torn off at the elbow, entirely crimson eyes that leak tears of blood, shredded mouth and cheeks with an elongated tongue that hangs limp from it, and two disembodied hands of blood that float behind her.
2025
On 26 October, Layna interviewed fellow Mythic Talent streamer CaseOh on her twitch channel, which is the first recorded instance of him directly interacting with a VTuber.
