Mallow is a calm individual who always puts her friends' well-being before her own. She can be quiet at times, but can also be very talkative when around her closest friends.

Her original design was self-created, with later iterations being a collaborative effort. She has blue eyes, and her hair colours are derived from marshmallow twists. Her hair is tied up in twin tails with pink ribbons. Mallow has a tattoo on her upper arm of a small rabbit head and 01 written underneath it.

2020
On 21 April, the first iteration and modelling of Mallow came to fruition. The model itself, 3D Mallow 1.0, was self made in VRoid Studio.
On 27 August, Version 2 of 3D Mallow came to being, just a few months after the first debut. Like the previous models, it was self made in VRoid, and Unity. 2.0 Mallow was created with texture by Killakuma.
On 18 November, Version 3 of 3D Mallow was created just a few months after 2.0. Like the previous models, it was self made in VRoid, and Unity. All clothing and accessories were made in Blender.
2021
On 19 April, 4.0 Mallow was created 6 months after the 3.0 version, and has the longest usage out of the rest of the 3D Models. Like the previous models, it was self made in VRoid, Blender, and Unity. Version 4.0 was updated to use Blend Shapes for facial tracking.
2022
On 21 April, On Mallow's 2 year anniversary, she redebuted with a new design and model in Live2D form. The model was illustrated by 0_blob_0 on Instagram. The rigging was a collaborative effort between Ria Thornston and SixxVT as well as some slight modifications done by Mallow herself.
2023
On 7 September, on Mallow's 36th birthday, she had a major upgrade to her model, sporting a new look and new vibes! The model was done by SixxVT, both the art and rigging combined. The design was a combination of MiloThaMan's design with some additional tweaks worked together by Mallow and zSen.
2024
On 6 September, the 6.5 Mallow 3D model was released. Due to differences with the L2D artist, Mallow decided to temporarily part with her Live2D model and move onto using her VRChat avatar. A majority of the model was made by Jingo1016 on Booth, while various elements of her outfit were modelled by herself and KillaKuma.
