Heaven'Ah the outer pestilence is known to humans as the goddess of pestilence, for eons human cultist dreamt of her but were only recently in the year of 2023 able to summon her by sacrificing a rumored to be immortal plague doctor from another realm wearing a magical amulet from another time.
The cultist theory based on their lucid dreams were correct and Mama Heavy as she christened herself came to be.
The cultist became her nurses and Heavy began her "clinic by day, cult by night" where she aims to cure the sick and tired in exchange for their sanity until she has enough sanity to awaken fully, reclaiming her eldritch form and consuming reality as we know it.
