Meeta has the appearance of a young, human girl despite being 1000 years old.

She has long, light sandy hair with white streaks, two small pigtails and a braided side bang with light green eyes.

Her YouTube channel was created on 22 June 2023, her Twitter was created in June 2023.

On 3 July, V&U announced the third generation called "Oracle," consisting of 5 members with their respective codenames: ORACLE_O, ORACLE_R, ORACLE_A, ORACLE_C, and ORACLE_E.

On 14 July, V&U uploaded a trailer video introducing 5 members of the third generation: Echo Lyne, Suri Solari, Maeve Kagekiri, Cyon Hart, and Meeta Osita. She made her first tweet on the same day.

On 4 August 2023, Meeta debuted on her YouTube channel. She was the last member to debut.

However, she became shorter due to a potion that went wrong. * On her graduation stream, she tied herself to a bonfire to burn herself at the end of her stream, to match her witch theme. Rito accompanied her voluntarily, wishing to go with her. She also brought the Customers to the fire to take them with her. ** When one of the viewers sent a super chat, asking Rito to blink twice if he wants to be saved from the fire, Rito's Live2D model blinked twice immediately after Meeta read the message. ** Even though Meeta said she'd take the Customers with her, she didn't take them to the fire in the end, releasing their souls from the teddy bear plushies so they can return to their lives. ** When the stream started, Meeta held a role play karaoke session where she's singing on the side of the road while asking for money so she can ride a bus home after she burned herself, indirectly implying she'll actually survive the fire. *She was 1001 years old during her graduation.
