Saiken is unapologetically himself in the hospital and on stream. He isn't afraid to be open with people and patients alike, attracting friends and conversation as easily as eliciting a medical history. Though no less responsible than the rest of his colleagues, Saiken is certainly the one to yap the most about his interests. Saiken has gray-white hair parted in a two-block cut, with shaved black hair underneath. He has light-yellow eyes and a beauty mark next to his left eye. He wears gray scrubs, not-so-subtly inspired by his real-life scrubs (the FIGS Leon™ Three-Pocket Scrub Top and Tanssen™ Jogger Scrub Pants in Graphite) underneath a white coat with numerous blue & pink highlights. He wears a purple heart pin on his right coat lapel, a gray stethoscope, and various bunny-themed accessories.

Saiken's Twitter account was created in October 2010, his Twitch channel was created on 13 November 2013, and his YouTube channel was created on 9 March 2022. Saiken began streaming as a VTuber in March 2022, using a model purchased from Booth, designed by Nagihama Nazuzu.
