He has short, dark-brown hair, red eyes, and fangs. He wears a black military-ish cap with a red spider lily flower, along with a red-and-black checkered robe with a black top and shorts. He also has red nail polish, bandages on his arms, and multiple earrings, including a suzu bell that dangles from his earlobe.

Shinoshima Raise created his Twitter account on 25 July, 2021. His YouTube channel was created on 31 December, 2021.
On 5 January, 2022, Raise's character artist and producer, Ikezaki Misa, tweeted two doujinshi pages that featured Raise. Two days later, on 7 January, 2022, she officially introduced the character with a model showcase.
On 8 January, 2022, Raise reached 1,000 YouTube subscribers. Shortly afterwards, his trailer was uploaded to Twitter and YouTube.
On 9 January, 2022, he created his oshi mark (🐈⬛🎴).

2022
On 18 January, Raise uploaded his first cover onto YouTube — PinocchioP's God-ish (神っぽいな). On the same day, his channel became monetized.
On 23 March, Raise released his first birthday merchandise.
2023
On 23 March, he uploaded his original song, 契毒盃.
On 22 May, his YouTube channel reached 70,000 subscribers.
On 22 September, Raise's 2023 birthday merch was released after being postponed.
2024
On Jun 24, 2024, he uploaded a cover of DOGMA which featured 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚.
Over the summer of 2024, Raise made the decision to close their Youtube Channel Memberships, citing that as they did not see themselves streaming as much in the foreseeable future, there was no reason to keep Memberships open.
As of winter of 2024, most of Raise's videos with the exception of music and cover songs have since been privated or deleted. Citing difficulties in the creation process between themselves and Ikezaki Misa, Raise has not been active since November of 2024. Their last twitter post was made on November 30th.
