On 17 February, during her birthday stream, she revealed her second 2D costume, a loose coat, with a tank top with ribbons.

On 17 May, she reached 30,000 subscribers, thus making it official that she would be getting a 3D model.

On 25 June, she announced that she would receive her 3D model.

On 29 June, Aki debuted her 3D model.

On 30 July she announced on her Twitter account that she would get her 3D swimsuit.

On 4 August, she debuted her 3D swimsuit during a stream.

On 9 December, Aki announced on her Twitter account the demonetization of her channel, while she didn't state the reason, this was caused by her ASMR videos, most of these videos were made private.

As result of the demonetization of her channel, on 10 December she announced on Twitter the creation of a sub channel, with her first stream taking place on 11 December.

On 1 January, she announced on her Twitter account that she would get her third 2D costume to celebrate the new year. This costume was revealed to be a kimono on a stream later that day.

She also announced on her Twitter, that her sub channel was rejected for monetization.

On 24 January along with the other hololive girls up to the third generation, she debuted her 3D idol outfit at hololive's 1st fes. Nonstop Story.

On 31 January, she announced on her Twitter account the remonetization of her main channel.

On 26 March, she reached 100,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 29 June, she debuted the full version of her original song "Shallys." The song is interpreted in Aki's original language, and the song's title is the name of Aki's home world.

On 29 July, she announced on her Twitter account that her original 2D model would get updated to the 2.0 version. She debuted her updated model during a stream later the same day, featuring more facial expressions, her hair accessories "pat pat sensors" now can be moved up and down, and as demonstrated by herself she can turn freely in more directions, her twintails also received adjustments to reflect these directions changes.

On 11 August, she reached 200,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 15 October, she reached 300,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 30 November, hololive's official Twitter account announced that Aki would get her fourth 2D costume.

On 4 December, Aki debuted her fourth 2D costume, a gothic maid themed dress, her "pat pat sensors" are now see-thought metallic like horns but they still move like their original variant, the accessories that keep her floating twintails in place are now themed the left one decorated with a bat/demon wing changed to black color while the right one has an angel wing design keeping its original white color, her twintails are now longer and curled decorated with a black and white ribbons, Aki can use a veil to cover her face and has an eye pattern to the left. She wears earrings that make her ears look pointy, with a wine colored jewel at the end. Her black dress is decorated with white, wine and golden motifs, one of them is a giant key that she wears as a belt below the chest, her dress has an opening to the left where her dress is wine colored, Aki wears white socks and ballerina like black shoes.

On 9 January, Aki reached 400,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 17 February, Aki released her second original song "Heroine Audition."

On 5 May, Aki reached 500,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, making her the 38th hololive member to reach this milestone, the last of her generation.

On 28 July, Aki announced that she would be reducing the number of activities in an effort to recover her throat. She explained her previous lack of streams was the result of her persistent throat issue and other stressful life events. Aki ensured that she would bring her voice little by little during this period.

On 8 October, hololive's Twitter account announced that Aki would get her fifth 2D costume.

On 11 October, Aki debuted her fifth 2D costume. During its introduction Aki called it a gamer outfit. Two of the most notorious aspects of this costume is that Aki doesn't have her "pat pat sensors" or her signature floating twintails as she uses traditional longer twintails instead. In the other hairstyle Aki uses braided hair in the front and small buns. She wears white overalls and a black t-shirt, the bottom of her overall is painted in green, fuchsia and yellow, with some paint even present in her legs. Aki can optionally wear a slightly oversized light green jacket. She can also use glasses and cat ears. Aki's illustrator Azumiu Akitake provided some details regarding the costume, as this costume was designed as a gamer outfit Azumiu had to created some fictional sponsors to put on the clothes. Also that the belts in Aki's jacket can be lightly tightened to give a fluffy feeling and that different parts can be detached in different ways (in lore). The color scheme in general is heavily based on the colors present in the accessories that allow her twintails to float in her original outfit.

On 26 October, Aki reached 600,000 subscribers during a singing stream.

On 23 November as part of her "AkiRose Beer Fest" an event that lasted for two weeks, Aki got a new update to her main costume, as she can now move her arms up to hold various mugs of beer (from one up to three in each hand) and Aki can even drink the beer.

On 22 December, Aki debuted her 3D Santa costume. She wears a red dress that can be complemented with a small Santa hat, a reindeer's horns headband, a white mustache, a red nose and a big snowman head.

On 6 January, Aki announced on her Twitter account that she would go on an 8 days to 2 weeks hiatus due to a surgery on her vocal chords.

On 29 January, she returned to her streaming activities.

On 12 February, Aki debuted new accessories for her gothic costume. A black diadem with bunny ears the right one is white and the left one is black, to the sides the diadem is decorated with to black bows and two big white dice on top of them and the two dots face being the most visible. This accessory is inspired by Di Gi Charat's character Rabi~en~Rose.

On 7 July, hololive's Japanese Twitter account announced that the members of the first generation would get their models updated to the 3.0 version.

On 9 July, the members of the first generation debuted their 3.0 models. The update includes various new facial expressions including the ability to have teary eyes or stick out the tongue. They also received new visual cues to emphasize other emotions. They can also wave their hand, hold a videogame controller and use a keyboard and mouse without external assets.

On 9 August, as part of the "hololive Summer 2022" event, Aki debuted her second 3D swimsuit in a stream held on hololive's official fanclub page in a segment alongside Houshou Marine, Shirogane Noel and Yuzuki Choco. Unlike the original swimsuits from 2019 that had individual designs, these swimsuits are meant to be matching outfits similar to the 3D idol costumes. The swimsuits come in two types one with thin straps for the top and a diagonal cut mini skirt and the other one has ruffled straps in the top and an even mini skirt. Both version are white with various patterns including hololive's and Holoearth's logos, hearts and sparks. The swimsuits are personalized by including different colors to match each talent. Additionally they have the option to wear a hoodie.

On 19 August, she reached 700,000 subscribers on YouTube channel during a stream.

On 23 August, Aki temporarily stopped her activities after testing positive for COVID-19.

On 9 September, she returned to her activities.

Aki also debuted her 3D yukata. Like other 3D costumes the yukatas have a variety of styles that hololive members can choose from. The yukatas come in various colors and patterns including fireworks, flowers and goldfish.

On 23 December, Aki received a new hairstyle for her fifth 2D costume. In it, she has her hair down with straight bangs and curled locks. The hairstyle can be combined with some of her previous accessories.

On 19 March, Aki debuted her new 3D idol costume during hololive 4th fes. "Our Bright Parade" DAY2.

On 27 May, during her birthday stream, Aki released her fourth single "Kimi ni Matsuwaru Unmei Jijou."

On 13 July, she debuted a new 3D costume as a member of the "Blue Journey" musical project. She uses a blue beret with a plaid pattern. The costume has a white blouse with detached sleeves, a blue ribbon in the chest decorated with light blue jewel and a blue belt below the chest. The blouse lower edge is asymmetrical and divided in three, the front has planks and it is the longest, then the right side is longer that the left side. She uses a long blue skirt with a plaid pattern and the inner section is light blue. On the back the costume is decorated with a see through ribbon.

On 30 July, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, Aki debuted her third 3D swimsuit. The 2023 swimsuits are inspired in a sailor uniform. Members wear a two layered swimsuit, the first layer is blue from the straps going down diagonally to the center where each member has a mostly blue bow but one of the sides and the brooch are in one color representative of each member. The rest of the top is white. The edge has a semi circular cut. The lower piece of the first layer has two variants, one is a two layered blue skirt decorated with a white belt, a golden chain with some decorations hanging from it and a bow to the left and planks to the right. The second version is mostly the same but they wear blue shorts instead of a mini skirt. Aki uses the shorts. The second layer of the outfit is a matching striped bikini in white and another color depending on the member.

On 2 September, Aki reached 800,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 13 November, as part of the "Hoshimatic Project," she debuted new 3D lesson wear. She uses a white short shirt with black wide lines at the shoulders and lower edge with her name in it and a black top underneat, the shirt is decorated with a small triangle representing the hololive brand and its color is different among the members. The outfit has variants, some members wear black pants while others wear shorts. She uses the pants variant.

On 18 August, Aki reached 900,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 9 November, Aki debuted a dinosaur hoodie for her fifth 2D costume.

On 17 February, during her birthday, Aki released her fifth original song "Ibara."

On 9 March, she debuted her hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony 3D idol costume during the event's day 2 STAGE 3. The costume has some variants, it can be black or white, complemented with a color representative of the talent. The midriff can be covered or not. One has variant has a skirt while the other uses pants, with one leg exposed. Aside for the design featured in promotional material, the costume also includes a short jacket.

On 11 May, Aki reached 1,000,000 Youtube subscribers during the lead-up to her endurance stream. This makes her the 51st member of hololive, the fifth and final member of hololive's First generation, and the final active member of hololive Japan to achieve this milestone.

On 2 June, Aki released album "MUSICAL Fantasia of Bremen," which is the digital version of the 3D musical of the same name on her 2024 birthday.

On 22 December, she debuted her sixth 2D costume. Aki has a wavy ponytail. Aki wears a waitress uniform. She uses a red shirt with white stripes and a nametag. The shirt is tied to the side revealing her belly button. Aki has blue skirt with white apple silhouettes, a white apron and a green neon belt with neon lights that reads "AKRS" and a beer shaped one that reads "Akirose DINER" and "HOLOLIVE." Under her uniform, Aki wears a shoulderless red and white top and shorts, Aki can advertize sponsors in the white portions. She has short striped white and red socks, blue skates with green wheels. Aki can hold up to six beers, three in each hand and hold a Rose-tai.

On 17 February, Aki released her sixth original song "Monopoly."
