On 5 March 2021, VirtuaReal officially announced their twelfth generation of Virtual Livers, including Tsukumo, accompanied by their designs and profiles. Tsukumo made her first dynamic post and released her first video, a cover of Usseewa, on the same day.

On 13 March 2021, the twelfth wave made their debuts in a stream relay on bilibili from 19:00 to 23:00 CST, Tsukumo being the second.

Later on 26 March 2021, highlights of their debut streams were compiled into a video presented by 祁柒Nya on bilibili's official virtual streamer channel.
