No, no—this isn’t a botany exam.
“Hi everyone~ My name is Viridis, and I hope to become everyone’s online houseplant~”
No way would I say something like that.
“Hello, I’m Viridis. I’m a Homosapien, a member of the Homo genus in the Hominidae family—a fully-fledged human. Please be my friend.”

After a brief silence, Viridis quietly put down her pen and slumped onto the bed.
Viridis had never been good at getting along with her classmates; she often ran off alone to the mountains to talk to flowers and grass. Occasionally, she’d try to share her favorite plants with those around her, but others were always uninterested. Instead, they’d ask her strange questions, like “Which grasses in the greenbelt are edible?” or tease her about her “weird taste in wearing a fried egg on her head and a weasel-patterned tie.”

小松绿向来不擅长与其他同学打交道，经常独自跑到山上和小花小草说话. 她偶尔也会试着向身边人分享自己喜爱的植物，可旁人对此始终兴致寥寥，反而总爱问她一些奇怪的问题，比如“绿化带里哪些草能吃”，或是调侃她“头顶荷包蛋、系黄鼠狼领带是什么奇怪品味”.
在现实中交流屡屡碰壁的小松绿，最后决定到网络上寻找朋友. 她觉得，或许加入了VirtuaReal，自己就能顺利交到朋友，也能好好讲述自己喜欢的那些植物小故事了吧.
