Appearance
She has white layered hair with extremely long side-locks flowing down past her waist that fade to a pale yellow-lime at the tips. She ocassionally wears black-framed glasses. Two thin antenna-like tendrils sprout from the top of her head, one ends in a tiny golden star. A small green UFO-shaped hair clip sits on one side of her hair, with a thin black hair clip underneath. Her eyes are a pale lavender-blue, with a soft blank expression. To the right side of her face is a small black headset mic. She has a pastel blue choker with a little square faced charm with wings around her neck. Jellyfish-like translucent hair ornaments rest at shoulder level, one pale green and the other light blue.
She wears an oversized off-shoulder white tech-wear jacket. The top edge of the jacket is black quilted fabric with a green trim. She has multiple black straps with bright green buckles that wrap around her torso and sleeves. The jacket hem has black splotches printed with bright-green jellyfish-like shapes. At the end of her sleeves hang three looped black straps.
Underneath the coat, she is wearing frilly white bloomers with two thigh straps. She's wearing peachy-orange thigh-high socks marked with two thin horizontal stripes. There is a small tear patch on the left sock. A blue powercord cable tail trails behind her, ending in a standard plug shape. On 5 August 2026, VirtuaReal announced their twenty eighth generation of Livers, including Chu2u, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles. She made her first dynamic post. She uploaded her first video on the same day, a cover of the song "Os-宇宙人" by Erio wo Kamattechan.

Chu2u walked down the street, her ponytail bobbing from side to side. She looked at the passersby and couldn’t help but shake her head and sigh, “Oh, poor Earthlings. As an alien spy, Chu2u has been undercover on Earth for so many years, and no one has even noticed me. Today’s goal is to find the spot with the best signal!”
Suddenly, the sky grew dark, and an eerie green light bathed the land. On the roof of a skyscraper in the distance, a bright green exclamation mark slowly took shape! Yet the passersby around her seemed oblivious to it.
Chu2u’s eyes lit up: “Oh my gosh, my alien boss is finally contacting me!” Then she had a second thought: “But what if this is a trap set by Earthlings? I’d better find a place nearby to lie in wait first. Let’s goooooooo~” She hopped and skipped, cheerfully dashing into a nearby restaurant.
But all the seats by the window with a good view were taken, so Chu2u had no choice but to approach a customer who looked approachable at random.
“Hello! Please give me your seat—I need to climb to the top floor of that company across the street,” Chu2u said confidently.
The customer, dressed in a suit, looked surprised, then grinned: “Such ambition right off the bat? Excellent—you’re hired!” With that, he snapped his fingers, and a crowd surged from behind him, carrying Chu2u into the company.
“I meant the rooftop! The rooftop!” Chu2u screamed.
“I know,” the customer replied with a sincere smile. |-|Chinese= “羽啾！是来自地球的外星人哒！”
羽啾走在路上，身后的马尾辫左右晃动着. 她看着路边行人，不禁摇头叹气：“哎，可怜的地球人，羽啾作为外星间谍，潜伏在地球这么多年都没人发现呢. 今天的目标，就决定是找到通讯信号最佳的地点吧!”
忽然天空变得阴沉，诡异的绿光洒满了大地，在远处的一处高楼楼顶，缓缓凝出亮绿色的感叹号！可周围的行人却好似没有看见.
羽啾眼前一亮：“天呐外星老爷终于来联系我了嘛！”随后转念一想“可别是地球人给我设的陷阱吧. 先在附近找个地方潜伏起来吧Let’s goooooooo～” 她蹦跳着，欢快地冲进了附近的一家餐厅.
可是窗边视野好的座位都被占满了，羽啾只好随机找到一位看起来比较好说话的顾客.
“你好！请把你的位置让给我，我要爬到对面那家公司的最高层. ”羽啾自信满满地说道.
这位身穿西装的顾客面露惊讶，随后歪嘴一笑：“刚一见面竟有如此志向？很好，你被录取啦！”说完，便打了一个响指，身后涌来人海将羽啾抬入公司.
“我是说要去楼顶！楼顶！”羽啾尖叫.
“我知道. ”那位顾客回以真挚的笑容.

On 7 August, the twenty eighth generation made their debuts in a stream relay from 19:00 to 21:00 CST, each lasting around 30 minutes.
Chu2u reached 100 captains on bilibili on August 10, making her the final member of her generation to do so. The 28th generation holds the record for the fastest full group to achieve 100 captains each, not counting the 24th generation, which was a solo debut.
On 16 August, Chu2u reached 10,000 followers on bilibili.
