For years, Voided_Contact, identity classified, worked the administrative side of an organization responsible for monitoring unusual transmissions across the network. His role wasn't glamorous; mostly paperwork, signal logs, and long night shifts spent keeping the streams alive. If a broadcast flickered, if a signal weakened, if something strange appeared on the frequency... it was his job to make sure it didn't disappear. Most nights were quiet.
