The lovechild of two powerful families of a vast criminal empire, Jayy is quite unlike the rest of his rough-and-tumble kin. A fateful, tragic event left him with ever-growing anomalies. Due to exposure to a uniquely radioactive source, his body has gone through many changes. First, his once silky-black hair and golden amber eyes turned a bright green. Not long after, Jayy grew an oddly catlike tail. Then came a taste for afternoon naps in the sun.

Most recently, Jayy has grown a matching pair of cat ears and had one of his eyes inexplicably return to its previous amber color, while the other remains green. Now, he has to resist the urge to 'nya' at others to avoid general social discomfort.
