Bibi Biscuit

Bibi is a puppy girl with long brown hair with white streaks, long ears, and blue eyes. Her outfit is that of a maid and frilly, with a short red skirt, a white apron, and red ribbons. She has a sandwich cookie bag around her waist with a little keychain of Strawberry Man attached to the side. She also sports a red collar around her neck attached to a leash.

Bibi debuted on 25 October 2025 as a part of Phase-Connect's fourth generation, Phase Saga.

Fans are called Biscuiteers. They're represented as oreo-like dogs with massive spoons and optional mustaches. No forks though as canonically there's no forks in Phase World after Lia stole the only one.
