Sinon is a siren with really long red hair with blue highlights (that's where all the good things happen, so don't forget). Her eyes are blue, but when she switches to yandere mode and the screw driver comes out, they become pitch black. Her nails are also red and she has waves on her right leg. She wears a beautiful white tight-fitting ocean themed dress that resembles waves and a fish tail on the bottom. The dress has many blue and white ocean themed accents, such as, a white frilly collar with a blue clam necklace, a pearl earring, a gold clam accessory on her waist, several blue ribbons, and a wave veil. It is also important to note that Sinon hates wearing shoes, because they feel suffocating and will only wear them on very rare occasions or if she is paid to.

Many people perceive Sinon as a graceful and elegant siren princess, or even as a saint, due to her appearance. However, her true personality is quite the opposite, she is clumsy, occasionally absent-minded, and playful.

Sinon debuted on 25 October 2025 as a part of Phase-Connect's fourth generation, Phase Saga.

Long ago, when a once great human kingdom teetered on the edge of ruin-ravaged by war, hunger, and despair, they turned their prayers not to the heavens, but to the sea. And in the forgotten depths of the ocean, where silence reigned and light dared not reach, lived... Sinon Sinfonia. A siren with a voice so hauntingly beautiful it could calm storms and stir even the coldest hearts. Yet... Sinon did not crave worship, nor did she seek to rule. She sealed her magic away, choosing solitude and serenity-singing lullabies the sea alone could hear.
But desperate voices from human, warm and pleading. "Your song can save our world," they said. "You'll be cherished, never alone again." And because of such sweet words that they told her; Sinon believed them and left her sea behind.
What awaited her, however, was not the freedom she was promised, but a shiny glassed prison, filled with water and named her "The Graceful Siren Saint" She was adorned, praised, and paraded-but never truly seen. Her songs filled grand halls, yet her soul grew quiet. Her voice once wild and free, dimmed with every passing performance.
"I'm not your saint" she whispered. "I am not your princess. I... am just a siren who wants happiness and freedom."
Still, she might have remained in that glass water tank if not for a single voice that cut through the silence. A wandering knight named Wilhelmina asked, "Are you truly happy here?" That question shattered the illusion. Through Wilhelmina's words, Sinon found the strength to shatter her own cage.
No longer bound by duty or illusion, she stepped into the word chaotic, imperfect-yet beautifully real. And there she reclaimed her voice. Not as a weapon. Not as a gift for others. But as something healing. Something truly her own. Now, she sings not for a crown or a cause, but for the joy of it. Not to be worshiped. Not to be perfect. But to simply be Sinon.
"You know that story about the little mermaid?" She grins. "It's not quite right. But that's okay. Stories don't belong to the sea or the sky. They belong to those brave enough to live them." Beneath starlight and song, Sinon Sinfonia sings still-A siren not bound by myth or man, but guided by her own voice.
