Based off my two IRL blue and red heeler mixes, both rescues, Cinny is a blue heeler puppy girl. She has elements of many of my passed IRL pets and living. Her blue eye is for my two kitties that have gorgeous light blue eyes. A heart freckle on her shoulder for my childhood Dalmatian. Her style is based off of my irl style.
