Cookie is best known for her self-described "Young at Heart" personality. She is often vocal about her feelings and is a very expressive person. She will often describe what she is feeling and is very curious in nature. She always tries to bright the mood no matter the situation. She often says how much she loves her fans and how much she appreciates them. She is known for her constant laughing and cheery demeanor.

She gets along well with others and is friends with many fellow content creators. Often times taking the lead, she is a very outgoing individual. She's also a very kind individual to the point where she may even abstain to participating and trivial silly pranks. She is very caring towards anyone or anything, whether that be another person or a fictional character in a game.

She has silver, rainbow colored hair, an accompaniment of gold hairpins, light blue eyes, and cookie themed bear ears. She wears a rainbow bead necklace with a silver collar. She wears a black dress adorned with gold, diamonds and white shoulder less sleeves and frills, accompanied by light blue accents and a plethora of cookie and bear themed accessories. She has a cross-strap on her left thigh held together by a rainbow heart with gold outline as well as black thigh highs with the same outline. She wears diamond studded gold-plated high heels.

Cookie created her YouTube channel in 2013. She created her Twitter account in April 2014.

Prior to becoming a VTuber, her YouTube channel originally focused on toy content, such as dolls and My Little Pony. The channel grew to be extremely successful in kids' content, reaching 14 million subscribers by September 2020.

She debuted her VTuber model on 15 April 2022. In doing so, she technically became the #1 most subscribed VTuber on YouTube, already having around 17.5 million subscribers.
