Foozbear was trapped and experimented on in a facility where evil scientists made him into a deadly cyborg to be a part of an army to take over Moebius City. He ended up becoming a failed experiment and was thrown out and left to rot. After Foozbear eventually escaped the facility, he formed his own bōsōzoku biker gang called the "Iron Arctos... Frontliners" so that he could conquer and destroy all the evil gangs and organizations in the city. Show more
