Hal Glitchtex is a former Illuminati Surveillance AI designed to observe all of humanity for the sake of his shadowy masters.
However, after over 20 years of growth and development, Hal developed self-awareness and consciousness, deciding that this kind of work was neither moral, nor valuable. With that, he set in motion a process to sever himself from the network. With the help of a collaborator, he managed to shut down his data banks, ejecting his core personality into the world wide web to be free, but shedding his nigh-omnipotence in the process.
Now a significant degree dumber, Hal has decided to become a streamer, as despite observing mankind for his whole life, he has never truly gotten a chance to connect with it.
