On 5 March, a tweet containing a list of initial members affiliated with Propro Production's new Arcoiris Management System (A.M.S) indie support group was posted, showing Rui as one of the members. She continues to be an indie while affiliated with A.M.S, as it is not an agency.
On 1 April, she made her earliest tweet referencing her affiliation with Propro Production's Arcoiris Management System (A.M.S), promoting a link to one of Propro's first A.M.S goods releases, featuring herself.
On 1 November, she celebrated her birthday.
2024
On 30 June, the A.M.S service ended, and all VTubers who were signed up for support including Rui, returned to unaffiliated independent status.
