- She has sometimes been called "handjob maid" after an unfortunate hand gesture had been built into her early design.
- She does not seem to handle frustration well, as seen in her 11 July 2018 extreme response to having spilled tea after a scare in a horror game, or her 3 August 2018 outburst due to not having Super Chat on her birthday (her YouTube monetization was not yet approved at that time so she couldn't receive Super Chat).
- Her infamous over-the-top outbursts still happen years later in her League of Legends games. One instance is from 2024 and another from 2025 in the presence of her teammates.

On 28 June, Mea debuted on YouTube with her first video as part of Project Paryi (ぱりぷろ), which was launched by her illustrator Paryi. After its dissolution, she began to work independently.
2020
On 30 March, Mea announced the demonetization of her YouTube channel, supposedly because of reused content, a mistake by the YouTube algorithm.
2021
On 3 April, Mea revealed her new Live2D model redesigned by jimmy, the illustrator of Tosaki Mimi from VSPO! and Mirutani Nia from NoriPro.
2022
On 12 February, Mea revealed her second outfit. The design is a school uniform with black blazer and cream cardigan options for the top.
2023
On 22 January, Mea revealed her third outfit. The design is magic-themed, and includes a distinctive crescent moon magic staff held by her left hand.
On 12 November, she revealed her fourth outfit. The design is a blue angel-themed outfit.

On 8 June, Mea debuted her new 3D model.

On 12 April, Mea revealed her fifth outfit. The design is a blue Alice in Wonderland-inspired outfit with two-tone black and white hair colors.
